This store is absolutely awesome! They have everything from very low priced to very high end jewelry to estate pieces that is all very beautiful. The owners know so much about the jewelry and watches. The workers have great customer service. I have a custom diamond ring with gold wrapped around it shapped as a rose that my grandmother gave me 25 years ago. The detail in this ring is intense (the rose shape & many petals) and i needed to have it reshaped so the diamond wouldnt fall out. I was completely blown away with the work that RW Jewelers did. It took a lot of detail and talent to recreate the rose shape and all the petals. I could not be happier! And price was perfect!!! I also had them repair a diamond band and again, i was blown away!!! My husband and I walked in and he bought me a ring. Three days later, 4 stones fell out. I don't live in the area and wasn't due to return until spring. Talked to someone there about it and they said that would be ok. When returned to exchange or repair it, the elderly woman just snickered at us, took our info and said someone would call us back, that following Monday. No call from them. I would not do business with them again! Poor...
