Although they have some lovely clothes I was extremely upset with their return policy. I purchased $200 worth of merchandise ...a pair of jeans and a shirt. I had been on a mission to find the perfect jeans. I found a pair there but literally 15 minutes later I found some I liked better just down the street. Not feeling like I could treat myself to two pair of expensive jeans I immediately went back to return the first pair I bought. They would not allow me to return. I could do a store credit only. She said if I looked at my receipt I would read their policy. When I purchased my merchandise she handed me my receipt and I promptly put it in my purse . She never said verbally anything about any return policy and there was no sign on the counter explaining their policy.

I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I will definitely think twice about ever shopping in this store again. Very very poor way of running a...

I shopped in this store for the first time today. The owner Nina was so extremely kind and helpful...and honest! She didn't push anything on me but had wonderful suggestions of things for me to try that I normally would not even consider and turns out they were fabulous choices! The store has so many options and looks to choose from, something for everyone! The skirt I bought had a small flaw that she is getting fixed for me at no charge and she even offered to switch out the color stones in the earrings I liked if I wanted a different color...very accommodating! Not to mention the yummy hot cup of coffee that was offered at no charge! Thanks Nina for a great shopping experience,...

I have made a few purchases here and always had really great experiences and nice quality items. Recently I had purchased a purse here and just over a month after the strap broke. I called not really knowing if they would be able to help since i had had it for a while. I spoke with Hannah in the nisswa location who was so wonderful and quick to find out what she could do to help! They replaced my purse in the Baxter store (Courtney helped me.)
