Hobby Lobby — Local services in Noble Township

I was in defiance and needed to make some returns and wanted to purchase a couple items. The young lady that helped me with the return was very friendly and polite. She had to call her manager to approve the return. I had purchase the item in Lima. The managers first comment was that I was a long way from Lima. ( I was visiting my daughter on Defiance to watch eclipse as a family), then he said, the defiance store looses 3000.00 a day in returns from Lima and Toledo shaming me for returning my Lima purchase in defiance. I told him I bought over 700.00 of merchandise from defiance for the wedding project and am returning less than 50.00. Then he asked in a undermining way if I had a floral business or what. He also said he used to work in Lima hobby lobby. All I can say is glad for the Lima store that he's not there, and sorry for the Defiance store that they have this...

Very clean and nice environment. Not enough workers and when I went to put my items on the counter and one of the items was a pin carrier with lots of pins in it. It dropped and there was a manager standing like 10 feet away who should've came and offered to help me pick it up. The cashier was nice because when she was finished ringing up my items, she came and helped me finish picking them up. The manager did not say have a good day or merry Christmas. He didn't look polite and sure didn't act polite. I would suggest him...

Amazing customer service. I had a return for a damaged item, and they agree trying to find an exchange (they were out of stock) the staff member offered to order it but said it may not be here on time for Christmas.
