Burger King — Restaurant in Noble Township

They get busy I get it. Sometimes we have to wait a bit sometimes it's out in few minutes. Food is always perfect. Yeah you may get some sloppy ones sometimes but I worked in fast food before I know not everyone likes there jobs and sometimes they take out that frustration on the look of the meals they prepare. But for the most part we have always gotten good food. I don't think I've ever had to go back or go up for something not tasting or looking right maybe a missing whooper once but never because of the quality. Love the whoopers. And I actually like the new wraps they added. Especially when I just want a quick bite. They added the kiosks for ordering. It would be great if they removed some of the in-line bars though. If your at kiosk you have to move for someone to walk past you. Or if your trying to walk past you need to wait for them to move. So they didn't think that through there. It's a hassle. That's really my only complaint. Take out that row of bars separating the line and it'll make so much room. I'll take a picture next time I'm there and add that layout so you see what I'm saying. But other than that I'd give them 5 all around. There are 2 side entrances the right side is the main. Myself I suggest coming in from the back left side by the drive thrus and parking on the main side. That way you don't have to do a ridiculous Uturn to get into the main entrance. I'll add some screenshots. And as you can see there are plenty of other fast food restaurants around so if you have picky eaters like my kids it's easy to run to a few different places get what everyone wants. I'm a regular at Burger King in Defiance Ohio today I had ordered the angry whopper with no sauce and no jalapenos just mayo.Even 2 front people 1 working the window,the other at the register.So they both had heard me explicitly tell them my request.The gal working the register even told them in the back where sandwich was made.Guess what!!!!#!###!!Got home didn't check sandwich thinking the order was right,found 3 sliced jalapenos rings in sandwich.Must have chewed one without seeing it.Sitting here now, since I have ulcers,and hurting.What good does it do to ask a. Burger King employee to fix it a certain way,especially it's my money,paying for it,and I'm the one that eats it!!##Must have not seen one of the pepper sliced ring since I didn't check the sandwich before eating it I'm suffering now,as I have stomach ulcers that's the reason I requested no sauce and no jalapenos#######!!!!!!!!But will say sandwich was good,once the jalapenos were taken off,but did taste the jalapenos that touched the meat,bun,tomato,lettuce.AM T a king the jalapenos down to Burger King today and show them 2 the manager on duty.So it's 6 miles back into them,which I shouldn't have 2 do.Going w find out who made and assembled the sandwich.I need an...

They could've done way better tonight! I'm sad to say this time was a huge disappointment. Don't get me wrong- food was great! Could've been warmer, but honestly not bad at all. Burger King fries absolutely slap! BUT...service tonight was not good.

We waited a whole entire half hour in the drive-thru while staff inside were yelling at each other and fooling around. They told us to pull up to the first window, but when I did, I waited there for a whole 15 minutes before being summoned to the second window. Why tell me to go to the first window if you're going to ignore me until I pull up to the second one? Not to mention also, the girl inside who was yelling saw me at the first window, said, "Hey," then just screwed around for a bit. Mind you, this was while I was waiting for a whole 15 MINUTES by that window, and they weren't even that busy! Not one of the staff members apologized for the long wait or inconvenience.

After all of this, I'm hesitant to go back again. I do want to give them more chances, especially because I LOVE the fries, but holy crap pls get your crap together. There was no reason for the poor service I received tonight. Big...
