Maurices — Local services in Noble Township

I agree with the review about the new manager being very rude. My first interaction with her, was returning a shirt with tags attached because there was a hole on it. And that was not the first time that had happened either but this time I seen it before I removed the tags. The new manager turns to the cashier and says to her, “now she has had this for awhile, so look for signs of wear.” I was like excuse me, look at my purchase history, which is massive. She says oh I know it is, but it disappeared after that. So she made my purchasing history disappear, well I am sure she could explain why she is right and I am wrong. It is usually a hot and miss with the cashiers. Regardless I thought to myself I am not going to let their misery scare me away. Until I got home with my order and part of it is missing and this time they can’t find it. The manager is supposed to call me tomorrow, can not wait to play this game, not like I have anything better to do. And I live forty-five minutes away. If you like to save on shipping and ship to store like myself, check your bag before you leave. If I could give this no stars that is what it would be. The manager Cyndi is the worst sales associate I have ever dealt with in all of my life. I will never step foot into defiance Maurices again, which is a shame because that mall needs customers. This Store’s own manager told me to go to a different store to shop. I was told I could not return my items that I received online unless I brought up my email. I have never had a problem, returning items in a store that I have bought online. I did NOT like my experience I walked in they all gave me a weird side eye and I already have really bad clinical anxiety so them staring wasn't great. What I would assume to be their manager, walked up and said if I wasn't here to shop she'd have to kick me out but I already had bad anxiety so I couldn't talk to explain myself so she ended up kicking me out. Now I don't blame the workers those aren't my type of clothes and I wear all black but i was shopping for my niece who does, there was no reason to kick me...
