Hot Rice — Restaurant in Noble Township

Usually get it to go but ate in last time and it was worst food I've ever had there but the customer service made it even worse. I got the honey chicken which is what Ive been having last few times. It was the bottom of the pan off hot table and I didn't think much of it; however, when I tried a bite the chicken was so hard and overly done that I couldn't even bite into it. The crab Rangoon was cold and I thought mybe was just that piece but tried to get another bite and was all same. I took it back up and explained that I couldn't eat it..was very hard and I'd like to try something else or mybe get a fresh order and was treated extremely rude and told would give it to me this time but not again after arguing with me that it was supposed to be crispy. I get crispy but not so hard I couldn't stick it with a fork to even eat it and pieces I tried were all that way. Told me well u don't have to come back. Excuse me? Whaaat? Don't worry I replied...i won't and told them forget it! It was the daily special for $4 something. Keep your money...im good! Also have never been charged for a fortune cookie at a Chinese restaurant..even take out. Woman who takes orders is very unfriendly and hateful I have never been treated this badly at a restaurant before we always order general tso extra spicy and beef lowmein woman always ask me what rice I want white or brown she didn't ask me today we came back in after finding it had no rice in it.Woman was nasty and said we have to pay for the rice if we want it.Then told us if we didn't like it go somewhere else we always buy 20 to 40 worth of food per visit!!I have Never been treated so rudely in my 54 years of life.They have great food but woman really needs to be fired!!!I also asked her to have hunan chicken and she refused to ask the cook I talked to him b4 and asked if he would make it for me and he said he would.I'm afraid if she isn't fired we won't eat there anymore! So I guess if you like being treated very badly this is the place for you.Its a true shame because I love their food.I would highly recommend the cook to hire a decent human being to run the front you lose a lot of money and profit from your wife telling several customers to go somewhere else if they don't like how she disrespects and treats customers like dirt that's no way to run a business!!We will no longer eat there again unless something is done about...

I’m from out of town and got a hotel in the area to spend a day. I was craving Asian food and this looked the best.

The Vietnamese lady helping me was great and generous. She was kind and helped with my questions.

She gives a very fair serving of food. I was very satisfied with the serving they gave. I got the combo three and the box was packed! They let my try one of their dishes for free!

And their dishes are delish. The orange chicken is as good as you can expect, better even. Jalapeño chicken, if you can handle it, has the perfect kick of spice. And their vegetable dish was good also.

Some bites were a bit salty, although not many. Other than that, everything tasted fresh and was cooked...
