Update: I absolutely love visiting this store when I am in town, I am met with nothing but kindness and totally welcomed when I go in. I love seeing the owner when she is in and the employees are so sweet and helpful. Still not sure why the few low reviews but I would not agree with them at all. This is the best spot in Norco to shop for hidden gems, shipping and mail! It’s so cute and I always find something I love! Little bit of something for all ages in there. Love supporting local as well and you can tell the owner puts her heart into this shop!

WOW this store needed a make over! Absolutely beautiful inside the new owners did a wonderful job. I love how clean and organized it is now I can actually walk in and see everything. TERRIBLE PACKING JOB! The ladies might be nice but if you need anything valuable or breakable shipped, skip this place and head straight to an actual FedEx office. Photos below show how shoddily a 22 inch monitor was packed. The box had been used previously and was not sturdy enough to withstand crushing. Bottom was getting ready to give and and old UPS label was still attached to the side (we used FedEx to ship this item). A mismash of packing materials was stuffed in and did not cover the item and one thin layer of bubble wrap was all the specifically covered the monitor. We got lucky and the monitor arrived safely but it was luck on our part, not caring or skill on the shipper that made...

Every time I come into this store the older woman Anne allows seems to have attitude towards me even when I come in there being nice and polite she gives me attitude as if I’m making her do her job and she hates it all I want to do is ship a package that I had her print out the shipping label and after tells me it’s going to be 1 dollar for the printing I don’t care about the dollar I just want to know hey this is going to cost a little to print but instead I’m met with attitude and I confronted her about it and all she had to say was well that’s not my problem . I don’t see why Anne has to be so rude if you hate your job find a new one where you don’t do customer service cause your not good...
