O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Norco

We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding...

This Norco location has got to be the best one I have been to by far. I know it was newly built not too long ago, but you can definitely tell withbuts modern led ceiling lights to its very nicely setup aisles and super clean appearance. I have been here about 5 times in the past couple days getting parts to repair my vehicle and warranting others, staff has been very helpful and very customer friendly unlike other autoparts stores that seemed annoyed that your even there asking questions. (Its there job to listen and help, lol) Love this place and will definitely be visiting for my car oarts needs as well as other items I saw that I have not see at many autoparts stores. Pour Service. I order some studs and was told they would be in next morning i stop by noon and they have no studs for me and they don’t seem to know anything or y they are not there. So sad i have to finish a job and now I’m going to be delayed because they are incompetent. Save your self a headache and go to a different auto parts store.
