Let me begin with this has been a project we have wanted for many years. However, it was difficult for us to envision the right design due to the layout of our yard. In addition, we had numerous companies give us estimates and designs, but they did not share the same ideas as us. We thought we had found someone who was very close, but unfortunately, he was just not committed, as we later found out. It was pretty unfortunate because that same person consistently bashed other companies and clients. I had given up, but through the persistence of my wife, she decided to contact Rudy with Palazzo Pools. He was available quickly, and we met with him for several hours. We clicked, and we were immediately impressed with his vision. Although, I wasn't sure yet because I did not have an actual drawing or 3D design. We were sold on his experience, knowledge, trust, and background. After talking it over, we asked him to return, and he was immediately available. We agreed on a price, and we trusted his vision. What I liked most of all was that he was able to do most other added extras without having to get other contractors. After we received the 3D design, I was still undecided but excited to see what Rudy had planned with a few modifications. He continued to tell me to trust him. As the project started, we added several modifications and additions, just as in most projects. I would see that Rudy kept his word, and he did provide extras that other companies did not include. He definitely did not cut corners on most things. My wife wanted an outside bathroom with a shower, and he did an amazing job. Actually, his many workers did, lol. We were impressed with the professionalism of his workers throughout the project. When the project was completed, we were highly impressed, and it was well worth the wait and extra money spent. Our project was signed in April and completed at the beginning of October, which was close to Rudy's estimate. However, I have to disclose we did add things, and our city, unfortunately, took almost two months to get the plans approved due to outsourcing to third-party vendors. Our project involved removing our old cement, patio, and landscaping. It was an absolute backyard, side yard, and partial front yard renovation. We added the pool, spa, fire pit, BBQ area with bar seating, landscape-led lighting, new patio, industrial patio gas heaters, outside bathroom with shower, relocating two ac condensers, and cement with upgraded acid wash. Not to mention detailed extras. We have to say we did not regret our decision to allow Rudy and his crew to complete our extensive project. If you look at the pictures, there are a lot of detail included. We trusted Rudy and were very satisfied. He kept us in the loop and called or spoke to us daily to check about any issues. He is an early bird and does show up in the morning to make sure things are going well. I have to say Rudy and his crew were very professional, and we are going to miss them around daily. They became like family, and it was sad when they no longer showed up. It's nice to know I can consider him like a brother and that he is still available on the phone for any concerns. He is also very flexible. Rudy, thank you again. Please express our gratitude and appreciation to all your staff. Now we can enjoy our "Bad A$$" backyard wish i could've posted more pics.

Palazzo Pools of Corona was our answer to pool remodeling! We recently needed complete remodeling of our aging pool and deck, and upgrading of our backyard hardscape and landscape, as well as installation of new pool equipment. Search of licensed and experienced pool contractors identified Palazzo Pools of Corona, owned and operated by a sole proprietor, Rudy Lopez, who has an A+ rating with the BBB. What immediately impressed us about Rudy was his accessibility and responsiveness. We reached out to him on a weekend and surprisingly made contract though he was out of town with family. Rudy agreed to meet with us early the following week and showed up precisely as scheduled. He spent 4 hours with us in that initial meeging patiently listening to our interests, answering questions, investigating the job site, and offering valuable suggestions and insight on how to approach a total pool remodeling, which we eagerly needed. We liked Rudy on the spot. He was personable, professional, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of all aspects of pool construction, demolition, materials, and techniques. By conclusion of that meeting, we requested a detailed written proposal with estimated cost. Rudy prepared it before departing. He did not pressure us in any manner, but engaged in open discussion of options to improve, not only appearance and usability of our pool, but its integration with other amenities of the backyard. Within days he presented a written contract specifically detailing the work, fixed-cost for each phase, and overall expense. On the day we signed the contract, Rudy drained the pool in preparation of his crew removing the old plaster and beginning demolition. His crew of 4 to 6 workmen worked vigorously from early morning to late afternoon each day as weather permitted. At beginning of the project, we gave a small deposit to begin demolition and paid at conclusion of each phase. We witnessed personal pride in workmanship and acknowledge that Rudy runs a business that exercises punctuality and gives the client an outcome that exceeds expectation. He showed us dependability and reliability. He was on site each day; brought materials as needed; personally oversaw each phase of the project; and kept us fully informed of each step being undertaken. We were amazed at the transformation of our pool and backyard. We that Rudy demonstrated experience, creativity and an innate ability to design, construct, and remodel pools and hardscape features, which bring style and beautification to one's pool and outdoor entertainment center at fair and competitive pricing. It is obvious he approaches his work with enthusiasm, places an emphasis on customer relations, and ensures his product is of the highest quality. He impressed us with hid knowledge of materials, construction sequencing and processing, artistic vision, and managerial approach to getting the job done. Not only is he generous in his time and talent, but in showing professional courtesy and friendliness in the manner in which he approaches his clients. In our opinion, he is the kind of contractor you would like and respect.

I recommend Palazzos Pools they were the best out of other companies that we got estimate. Rudy Lopez is the owner he reassured us of peace of mind they would have our pool done before summer was over. When you invest a lot of money it's scary because you hear of other contractors taking your money and never finish the job. Rudy's team was amazing they did an awesome job. They came every morning until the job was done. They did their work with excellence. The quality of the work was amazing. I sure had a peace of mind that this company was going to complete the job. Anytime I called Rudy he was always available to answer my call with any questions I had. My grandkids enjoyed the pool. We are so pleased with Palazzos Pools. He even had a pool cleaner train us on how to maintain our pool. I recently called him because I had questions on how to remove hard water from my tile he's assisted me on what chemicals to use. Just because he finished the job and still has great customer service to help maintain my pool! From the tile to the color LED Lights it came out beautiful! If you are looking for a good contractor to build a pool Rudy Lopez is your guy! Thank you Rudy for our beautiful pool.

Rudy from Palazzo pools deserves 10 stars!!!

He and his team were able to help us complete our pool and firepit build. Originally, I started the project with another contractor, but that turned out to be a terrible experience and ultimate they were stripped of their contractors license. I was left with a literal hole and rebar at that point and had no idea at this point where to go from there. I looked all over Google, Yelp, and referrals from friends. I Called a dozen pool builders and Rudy honestly stood out from all of them. Rudy really cares about his customers, I can say that now for a fact after working with him, but initially I felt like this because of the time and effort he gave me when he first came out to assess the project. Rudy spent a couple hours going over every detail of the project and discussing were we can cutback and where we needed to not lack on quality. That is one BIG point about Rudy and that is quality work is most important during his constructions. His work speaks for itself!!!

Rudy gave me a quote and a timeline of when the project would start and finish and he kept his word. His team was amazing!! As I said, I had issues with the original contractor. They had left a huge pile of trash (Concrete, waste, and piles of dirt). Rudy tackled that first and cleared out all of the trash so that I was not as concerned with my kids running around in the backyard. His team was consistent and showed up every day from 7am - 4:30pm working and hustling at all times. Unless, they were not scheduled to be there that day. They kept my yard organized. They were respectful and kind.

Rudy took it one step further and ensured that everything was working correctly. That meant testing all of the plumbing and gas lines and correcting an error that was left on my firepit. Some leaks were found and corrected, which was a big peace of mind for me. Rudy is a great communicator and was always available when I had questions. One of the many things that I appreciated about working with Rudy was that he would notify me of good or bad news, as well as ideas of changes we can make. Additionally, he would notify me when his team was not showing to the job site and what they were working when they were there.

The Pool and Firepit came out looking great!!

I will definitely be reaching out to Rudy for my future projects.

If you are in the market for a contractor please do yourself a favor and give Rudy from Palazzo pools a call. He and his team are amazing and do...
