I had a terrible experience at this salon. I had come here before and did not experience bad service until this past weekend. I scheduled an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. Everything was fine until the nail tech was putting the tips on my nails and had to redo them several times as the length she cut them was different for some and then also shaped them in a way that I did not ask, all this things she noticed and was fixing herself. As all this was going on I was okay and I understood. Then it came to the time for her to apply the acrylic powder and after 3 nails she called another tech to help her and when I saw what she had done it was the worst acrylic application, the other nail tech didn’t even want to let me see my hand and was trying to frantically fix it. I told her to please just take everything off and I’d do a gel manicure, all this after my nails were damaged severely. Another nail tech thankfully did a nice gel manicure, but I could see how frail my natural nails were. On top of that, I was cut several times around my toes that caused bleeding during the pedicure. During all this none of the nails techs apologized for this and still wanted to charge me full price for everything, including a “re-do” that they caused. Glamour Nails & Spa is the best nail salon I have ever been to, and I have been getting my nails filled and pedicures for over 40 years now! There have been a lot of nail salons in those 40 years, so to say Glamour Nails & Spa is the very best, says a lot! I always go and see Annie, who does an AMAZING job! She is very thorough and pays attention to every detail. She always remembers exactly what I like and my nails ALWAYS look AMAZING when Annie is done. She is also very sweet!! Whenever I want a pedicure, I see Peter. Just like Annie, Peter is AMAZING and takes his time to make sure my toes look beautiful when he is done. His massages are also the very BEST as I never want the time to run out. Getting a pedicure from Peter is a special treat that I look forward to every few weeks. this was my first time at this salon, but was told they were under new ownership/management. I made an appointment and they were prepared to take me at that time, even with a busy salon. Kudos.

I didn’t get the first gentleman’s name that helped groom and prep my nails but he was very nice and I was really impressed with the coffin shape. I usually do almond or stiletto but wanted to try something new.

The nail tech that helped finish my nails is Mike and tbh- this was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Perfect shape. No flaws in the acrylic at all. All of them are even and the gel looks flawless. When the owner told me I only owed 45 I wanted to pay her more LOL

The salon is very clean and modern. Super cute and everyone was incredibly nice. they even had everyone wash their hands when entering the nail salon, along with plexiglass guards at each station, even the pedicure stations.

Will be bringing my mom here next...
