I've been to this new location a few times. I don't feel like they have the greatest customer service.I usually will go to the one in eastvalle. But I live in riverside, so this is the closest location. I came here when they first opened up. They made a mistake on my order. No big deal, but they were a little rude in the drive through but I just figured they just opened up. I was telling the front barista's my proper order.And I can hear the lady in the background.Why isn't the line moving. What's going on. But not in a friendly manor. But i've given this place another try. There's just something about their customer service.I don't like. I came in today to order two drinks. And I don't come here too often So I was naming off the drinks I wanted. The lady in the white hat stated very quickly and rude" You don't have to name everything sugar free It's just confusing me, When you say sugar free, you don't have to say anything else.Your drink is going to be sugar free" I was like, okay.Every location is different. Sometimes they ask multiple questions. And then as i'm pulling up my car just very light. She goes.You don't have to move your car forward anymore. Lol My foot literally just pulled off the brake a little bit lol I probably will never come back to this location. Most locations that i've been to have been very on top of their game. This one just looks very scattered and unorganized and rude. I've been to many different dutch bros And they all have the same type of customer service. This norco chain is way different. And to top that off the drinks are made way better at the eastvalle location. I forgot to add this on. But I also asked if I could have extra ice and she goes, we can only top it off to the top if you want extra ice in a cup.We can do that Like everything I said she had a response back rudely! Read moreI'm sorry not sorry. I have given This dutch Bros location more then my share of wasted time. Specially money. I have called corporate a couple of times. Yes they took care of me with free drinks and Administrative points. Thank you for that.
But I just want corporate or whoever is quality control to actually come down and taste this Burnt Coffee. Please. I was beyond excited to have a local dutch Bros coffee. But unfortunately you guys can't get your beans, filtered/unfiltered water, machines etc.. correctly by all means. It always taste the same "Burnt" if anyone else hasn't tried any other Dutch Bros locations.
I AM VERY Sorry for your taste buds that have adjusted to dirty coffee. At first I thought it was the Broistas but no. It's the actual coffee here. Always burnt no matter how many times they have had to remake it. I feel bad for the Broistas that have to remake it due to there face looking at me, again? I just say don't worry about it. Thank you anyways and move on with life.
Please if your a Broista that works here. Go try your favorite drink at a different location. And it's such a bummer that I have to spend my time and drive out of my way to go to Eastvale to take care of Norcos issue. What a mistake of a dutch Bros. Hopefully the Riverside location they open isnt burnt.

Read moreI was not a fan of this Dutch Bros. Contrary to so many other Dutch bros, the staff here is not friendly. First visit here and nobody was in line and the employee greeted us with “what do you want”. We had some questions about the menu and he couldn’t answer about the different drinks. He just kept saying to look at the pictures and said they only carry one size when we tried to figure out sizing. I could’ve sworn that the rebel drinks did have different sizes but apparently not. Next staff member was the same. Handed us the drinks without saying anything or replying to thanks you’d.
Beyond that, the service was quick, but we were the only ones there. Front window staff was on their phone while handing us the drink. The staff member outside had headphones in, so it seemed like management was pretty lax here. We paid close to $14 for two drinks, so this Dutch bros visit was enough to keep me away...
