I happened to be checking out the developing variety of restaurants in this shopping center when I noticed this spot with a crowd of people outside(that's always a good sign, right). Riding my bike had me feeling a bit chilly, and a hot bowl of spicy beef noodle soup seemed like the right choice. I walked into the front door and immediately noticed a sign in sheet(yes, actual paper and a writing utencil). There is no tablet to check in for est wait times, but maybe it just hasn't been set up yet. After waiting about 10 minutes, a server came out and called out names to double check that the parties were still there. Here I thought, oh boy, it's gonna take a while. Well, boy, was I wrong! A bunch of people left after finishing their meals, and nearly the entire list was called to be seated. I was seated by the front door just behind the sign-in sheet but still had a great view of the mountain range in the distance and beautiful sunset. I digress. The music was just loud enough for people to hold personal conversations and be comfortable chatting it up without hearing anyone else. My server was Cecil. What a guy! He welcomed me and asked me if I had enjoyed this type of cuisine before, to which I answered yes and proceeded to point out several dishes. I ordered some Xiao Long Bao, Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and the Beef and Scallion pancake/wrap. All primo choices were confirmed by Cecil himself. I took a moment to look around. The place seats a little over 30 people with enough space to walk around comfortably. Before I had a chance to take in more of the scenery, my first dish arrived. #️⃣0️⃣1️⃣ Beef & Scallion Pancake/Wrap This thing is massive. Like an entire meal mislabeled as an appetizer. Light, flaky crust with a hint of sweetness from a slight drizzle of syrup. The tender slices of beef and the incredible freshness of the scallions encircled my tastbuds with absolute bliss. Great balance and texture throughout. I added some chili sauce provided tableside to jazz it up a bit. It's probably the best I've had yet! #️⃣0️⃣2️⃣ Spicy Beef Noodle Soup Oh.. my.. nom.. do yourself a solid and take a few spoonfuls of broth first to coat your palate. It's a bit on the spicier side, but it is not overpowering. The noodles are a good thickness, and the texture is nice(insert favorable chewiness factor). It could use some more greens or larger sized Chinese broccoli, but the star of the show was the oh so tender beef breaking down in your mouth with just enough give making each chewing second a bite to remember. Almost finished the entire bowl of broth, left a few spoonfuls, and it was so good! 🔥You will be sweating a bit at this point~ #️⃣0️⃣3️⃣ Xiao Long Bao The texture of the dough and composition made it so that it didn't dry out very quickly even though it was presented without a lid(probably could've asked for one, though, next time!). I took the spoon provided for the soup and placed a pouch, and broke the side, allowing the soup inside to flow out. Topped it with some chili oil and inhaled it. Again, the texture is chewy in the best ways! 12 pouches to an order at a decent price at that~ 🏃‍➡️Staff checked in several times throughout my meal!🏃‍♀️‍➡️ Pan Dumpling House.. a name I won't be forgetting any time soon. See you again soon! Thank you, Cecil! 💯💯

Pan Dumpling House in Corona is a good spot to get some noodle soup, pan fried noodles, steamed dumplings, xiao long bao, and other great Taiwanese eats. Here's what we ordered (for 4 people) when we visited for the first time a few weeks ago: * Wide hand pulled noodle ($11.99, 5 out of 5 stars): this was our favorite dish that we ordered. The wide noodle was thick and the chewy texture of it was amazing. The sauce it was served with provided a good spice kick as well. * Spicy beef noodle soup ($12.99, 3.5 out of 5 stars): this beef noodle soup was just ok. The "spicy" broth of the soup was more sweet than anything else and had a little too much cinnamon flavor for us. * Beef roll pancake ($9.99, 4.5 out of 5 stars): this was another top 3 fave dish of ours. They roll out the pancakes in the kitchen and you can see them doing it from where you are seated. Very tasty beef roll pancake dish. * Glass noodles in chili sauce ($7.99, 5 out of 5 stars): this was our other top 3 favorite dish of the meal. Be careful with the oil splatter of this one though! It got all over my shirt, but it was worth it - so delicious! * Cucumber salad ($5.99, 2.5-3 out of 5 stars): nothing special here. I will probably order the string beans next time. * Wonton with chili oil ($9.99, 2.5 out of 5 stars): nothing special here either - will try the other wontons or the xiao long bao next time. Overall, there were some really great dishes like the wide hand pulled noodle, the glass noodles in chili sauce, and the beef roll pancake that we would definitely come back for. As for the other dishes, we will likely sub those out and try the XLB next time. Service was a little rough, but that's because it was Sunday during a busy lunch hour. It took a while to flag down a server. Definitely recommend this spot, though if you are in the Corona/Riverside/Chino Hills area!

Here’s a refined version of your food review that enhances clarity and adds a bit of flair: --- Having dined at several dumpling and noodle soup restaurants, I must admit my previous experiences were less than stellar. However, my husband and I decided to give this new spot a try, hoping for a better outing, and we were thrilled with the results. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the food? Absolutely divine—an incredible value that left us in awe. We sampled an array of dishes: scallion cakes, house juicy pork buns, Xiao Long dumplings, and beef and pork dumplings. Each was perfectly steamed, with the option to choose from steaming, pan-frying, or boiling, which added a nice personal touch to our meal. For our soups, we ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, which had a delightful kick without being overwhelming, and the Tonkotsu Ramen, featuring tender pork and a perfectly cooked egg. Both were exceptional! We were pleasantly surprised to find that our entire meal cost under $75—a fantastic deal for the quantity and quality of food we received, enough to easily satisfy three people, though there were just two of us. We happily took leftovers home! While the restaurant can get busy, they manage seating efficiently, ensuring that as one group leaves, another is welcomed in. It’s clear why this place is a popular choice. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied and can’t wait to return with my family to explore more of the menu. The highlight for me was being able to watch the dumplings being made right in front of us—a rare experience that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. You can truly taste the love and care in every dish. A must-visit for any dumpling lover! - BDL

Excellent Dumplings I was in Ontario this week for work and asked my cousin if she wasn't too far from where I was and she said she was in Corona, CA. She said for me to go have dinner there. I asked her if she knew any good places and she said, no. She mentioned she felt like eating Dumplings, so I opened up Google Maps and typed in Dumplings in Corona and Pan Dumpling House was the first one on the list. I clicked on it and looked at the menu. They had so many options for dumplings and other items. I sent my cousin the location and she said it sounded good.

Busy, But Quick I arrived and the place was super busy. There was a group of five in front of me, but I wasn't sure how this location did their seating. A host came over and asked me if I was on the list, but I told him, no, so he added me. People were coming and going, but the atmosphere was definitely good. Lots of people were having fun and enjoying food and excellent service. We ordered a lot of food and it was so delicious. The Dumplings were tasty. I had Dumplings in the past from a restaurant in Vegas and these had a different taste so it wasn't what I expected but they weren't disappointing. I also ordered some Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Everything tasted so good.

Time To Close Up My cousin and I were the last ones to leave and it was great that the waiters didn't rush us to leave. There was no pressure. They mopped the floor while we ate and when we were done, we walked out the side door. I thanked the waiter and staff for the food and excellent service and that we would definitely be back and that I would be giving them an excellent review on Yelp.
