As I walk in the store behind other costumers walking in the store,the security lady who stands in the front entrance makes a lady by being extra on telling her no drinks are allowed. Since the lady didn’t want her water to go to waste she drinks the little from what was rest of it. As she told told the security there’s clearly nothing in the cup and places the cup in her purse. At this point, the security is all up upon the young lady telling her to throw that her cup in the trash and begins to argue with this young lady about how she needed to throw that outside. Keep in mind the young lady had gotten a buggy & didn’t even bother to put the disposable cup in her purse nothing in the buggy yet. Now the security lady is now invading the young lady’s personal space. All because the lady wanted to avoid all of this scenario but the disrespect this security and how rude she was to a customer who didn’t do nothing wrong. The lady also shows the security how she zips up her purse with her cup inside of it. Only because the security wanted to her to do as she was telling her. I stood there and shook my head how rude the security was towards the young lady. Avoiding the subject about race, but to conclude this review, the young lady was hispanic and the security was an afroamerican female. The young lady ended up leaving saying “It’s fine I’ll just leave, even though ive had more little scraps in my purse and you wouldn’t even have known, have a nice day.” You go girl, you...

Great location, pricing. I can not help but to share my most recent experience. I really hope owner/ manager reads this. I am beyond disappointed about the staff in store and the way they treat others. Last week I went in to store, I pushed a toy over so I wouldn’t run over it with the store cart. I believe we all know that the store is always a mess. Howe we that day there was 2 ladies in the back “pretending” to be organizing. I say pretending because they were not doing anything. When I was walking back out bc you honestly can not walk around the lady walked back picked up a toy and called her cow worker I was sill walking, this lady decided to judge by the cover. Believed I spoke to no English. Proceeded to tell her coworker I had kicked that toy. I turned around and told her why doesn’t she start telling the ones that dropped it out. I now realized I should’ve told her to get to work instead of been a lazy worker and just get paid for standing around. Today is does not matter. I hope that this is address with entire staff. That is no way to treat a person. It bother me so much that she was quick to start talking about my actions because she simply thought I was a Hispanic that didn’t speak English. I understood everything perfectly! nasty attitude and that is not a way to express yourself as an employee towards anyone and specially judged the the look you are working in a Spanish community area. You have a right to have peace at work!! After 2 long miserable year's in one of the worst retail chains, poorly managed and a high level of favoritism where management openly steals time, and associates money; I'm back to waking up and knowing I can earn my living in peace!! You may think the grass is greener but many times it's artificial.

For what must be 1 year our store manager refuses to let the public use the bathroom. The lie we was told to say was its broken or there's a plumbing issue. There's NO plumbing issue, he feels the Mexicans are nasty and because Ross won't invest in a proper cleaning crew the store refuses to let the public use it. Causing women and children to urine and dedicate in the ladies or men's fitting room. I was Atlanta 5 News could investigate how one store can have this issue supposedly when the associates still use it daily, hmmm

Why I know cause I was a manager here, hence was,finally free. Just so you know the store manager buys the best name brand sneakers right from the stockroom. If he likes them he brings the sneaker with box right to the register or leaves it in the stockroom til he's ready to buy. Certain manager's are allowed to cut the line regardless of the length. No enforcement is ever made even for the elderly who wait up where's to 30-45 minutes. Staff get mad when asked to come help with the line which is why there's only 2 register's open on the weekend!!
