The Agave Supermarket — Local services in Norcross

Honestly this place has the worst customer service. I went to try out the restaurant inside the market and the service was absolutely terrible. The lady took our order and 20 minutes later asked what we had ordered. She was all over the place messing up so many orders, going around asking everyone what they got or would bring out the wrong food. The aguas frescas tasted like straight up water, you can see in the picture I took they were watered down. They only had one cook in the back, one lady at the drinks and one taking your order and bringing out your food. There was approximately 20 customers at the restaurant and for a Sunday you would expect them to have more employees working. If they see all these negative reviews about the customer service I don’t understand why they aren’t doing anything about it. The food was ok my birria was good but the tortilla was hard like a tostada. A lot of flies! One thing I can say is that the market is very clean and organized. Placed an order on DoorDash. Not only was it 30 minutes late, an entire menu item was missing. Apparently, tacos from the kids menu are only available on Wednesday. The ordering platform didn't specify and the restaurant confirmed my order with that item then just left it off instead of, I don't know, calling to see if I would like to replace it with something else SO MY CHILD COULD ALSO HAVE A NICE DINNER, but they just left it off and sent it out half missing quite some time after the delivery was promised to begin with.

And don't try to blame DoorDash, I get a notification when the restaurant confirms the order and it was just a few minutes before it was originally promised.

I usually come here a lot for lunch and usually it’s pretty decent. But today was disappointing. Lately I’ve noticed the portion they do for the meat part have gotten smaller and smaller. If you get from the buffet area they give you a good amount cause your obviously looking at them and making sure they give a good amount of food but the stuff being made in the back they are light on the portions.
