I had dinner at Viet Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised at how authentic and flavorful the food was. This spot truly delivers traditional Vietnamese cuisine that reminds me of home.
We started with popular Vietnamese street food appetizers, which were all delicious, but what really impressed me was the family-style dinner with cá kho tộ (braised fish), canh chua cá (sweet & sour fish soup), and rau xào (stir-fried vegetables)—all cooked just like a home-cooked meal.
