Forget Baskin Robbins! Forget Brusters! Forget all other ice cream shops you've ever known and this one will redefine excellence for you! ! They have a huge assortment of flavors, both milk based and water based where they pile up your cup bowl or cones with a heaping scoop full deliciousness. If neither if those are your thing, they also have a variety if popsicles (varied between milk/water based) And cute minature ones for teacup humans. My favorite is the water based lemon-lime flavor and the pineapple. This place also has a lot of street food snacks to choose from like tostilocos which is a doritos bag piled high with toppings. And popular favorite is the chamoyado; usually pineapple flavored raspado topped with sweet tamarind sauce,tajin and cayenne for some spice. The prices are beyond reasonable. Drawback : The place is tiny, theres maybe a total of 10 tables and theres always a crowd. Parking is a nightmare because its located in a small side street shopping area with restaurants and butchers...

I am very disappointed I have been going there since they open and previously I used to go to the one in Gainesville I can't say nothing bad about the delicious treats that they have but the staff and there service is awful they recently have been hiring are teenagers that are very rude and seems like they are being forced to work there they have these angry face and dont even say hi nor thank you and I can't believe that the owner doesn't hire people that really want to work its customer service that they really need to improve I honestly go there about once a week and am not going no more I have told so many people about that treat store that now am staring to regret because of the staff they have there.... k mala onda por k sinceramente tienen elados muy ricos pero sus empleados con cara d k uno les ba a pedir las cosas regaladas y con cara de fuchy.... para eso mejor uno no ba espero k la dueña ponga mas atencion!! Really BAD experience with customer service here, the fruit water is the Best But the staff and the service is awful!! All teenagers, I understand we all have to have opportunities to work but it seems like they hate their job, they have the worst attitude. This guy working with a ponytail was so rude I asked for more hot sauce in my chips and he looked at me with an attitude and just walked away. I told the cashier and she didn’t even apologized or nothing. I told her how rude he was with me and I felt ignored. I’m not asking them for anything free I’M PAYING for my treats. They were so rude and I had a really bad experience that I didn’t even enjoy my treats that I PAID for. It seem like they get angry every time you ask them a question. They don’t say hi, thank you or bye nothing! I brought so many ppl from work here but I can also share my experience and I’m sure they will stop coming too....
