EDIT: to bring time stamps of attempts June 28, email. July 6 email. July 8th phone call. July 13, received a phone call after website contact, this review, facebook message and three attempted phone calls. Resolution: it was stated that I could have logged in at anytime to cancel or modify. As I was not near a computer, I utilized the same public methods that should’ve resulted in contact. I was accused of speaking legalese when I’m autistic. I was accused of being rude when I tried to establish a correct timeline as to why my methods failed.
They have issued a complete refund but I feel like my attempts have been gaslit.
