I've been going here for years and it's always been a banger but today was bad. I finally tried their vegan oxtail and it tasted decent but it set my stomach off. I'll spare you the details but i've been in pain. Their mac and cheese or "rasta shmack" has always been amazing but maybe because i ordered through door dash it just wasn't as good but delivery was fast and the good was hot when I got it the mac was just not creamy like it normal was but the flavor was their. I used to get their mushroom sand which everyday after school and now that have mushroom pita so im sure that is good. Can't go wrong with their burger and sausage combo. My partner got their chicken sandwhich and sweet potato fries and said they were not that good and it didn't look too impressive to me, wasn't hot when it came. Their smoothies are good and their desserts are normally solid too. Sometimes they switch out chefs maybe that's what happened today, i don't know. A few years ago I had their cauliflower wings which was really good along with the mushroom panini, so anything besides their vegan oxtail is prolly good it just tasted like stewed gardien ground beef with lima beans and it didn't taste bad but it tasted nothing like oxtail, had a not satisfying texture, not to mention the indigestion it gave me and cost 19$ for it with a side of mac.... my favorite sandwhich used to be 6.99 or 7.99 just two years ago :( If your going to up thr prices make sure the quality is...

First time going to the store . I have to say that I was expecting a little bit more ! I'm not familiar with the area, therefore I don't really know what's the idea of business people have around here .The concept of the store is a very cool and super interesting one, however the store still got some improvement to do. The interior design could benefit from a new touch, and some burning incense in the store would be very appropriate ( since that's one the products they sell. Also a different approach with the clients may be useful ( when I walked in with my husband , they didn't welcomed us ,but instead starred at us,(that was a bit uncomfortable and professional). Overall though I very much like the idea of the store and hopefully they'll take this review in consideration and improve some things.

P.s. the only food we tasted was the chocolate cheesecake which was very good( the rest of the kitchen was closed at the time...

I always find what I need when I visit. Wether its a book, incense, stones, alkaline water or a copper piece. You should definitely try their vegan meals too. A meal paired with a smoothy hits the spot! The customer service is awesome especially when being serviced by Eternal. He always greets you with a smile and handles almost every aspect of the store.
