Very frustrated with the service and product that I did not even ask for. I originally went in to get my back glass replaced. There was nothing wrong with my front screen on my phone. After nearly a day going by not receiving any communication I walked in. they proceeded to tell me that they were still working on the phone, but while they were changing the back glass, they “messed up“ and caused my orig phone screen to pop out and have to be replaced (?). They said that this would be at no cost to me obviously and I said sure that’s fine.
I was told to come back in about an hour - and upon arriving back, they give my phone to me and the technician had me check my facial recognition because she felt like it was not working correctly, and indeed it was not. While I’m happy that she proactively identified one issue and requested more time to fix, what ensued was issue after issue of my phone restarting, not charging, touchscreen issues, screen literally popping out of phone frame, and in the slightest tumble on the counter causing damage to screen in regards to visibility, refresh rate on simple everyday tasks, keyboard letter and number touch inconsistencies and general looking like absolute shit.
In total I have had to return to this god forsaken sham of a store 5 times, one of the times costing me an additional buttload of money bc they claimed there was water damage inside. Which yes, while my aftermarket pos screen I did not ask for is popped out on one corner of the frame and I in the slightest spit whilst talking, I can see how there might be “Water damage”. Again on a replacement phone screen I did not even ask for in the first place.
It has been since March, and I am battle weary. It would just be a waste of TIME going back in at this point, so I figured I would write an appropriately bad review to warn other prospective customers, while I carry my ass to the phone screen replacement store down the street where for years never...
Read moreI took my laptop about eight days ago to this location, and at first I was pleased with the customer service and the reviews I had read about the shop. Now, at first they told me it seemed like a small issue that could be resolved very quickly, but after the technician looked at the laptop, he stated the entire screen needed to be replaced. I paid for the screw to be replaced that same day, and I was told it would take a while until the part arrives to the store. Two days ago, the called me and had informed me of the part arriving but it was too late to work on the laptop, so the technician who is supposed to fix my laptop, will be working on it the following day and will be ready for pick up in the afternoon. I called to see if my laptop was ready for pick up, but the person who answered The Who had told me that the guy who is supposed to work on the laptop did not come in, and she was swamped with a lot of work and could not get to my laptop, so then she says the laptop will be ready by Saturday, which is today as I am writing this review. I called about ten minutes ago, and she said the technician will not be in today, and they she only answered because of a “Mandatory Meeting”, and the shop is closed today and tomorrow. This is ridiculous and the shop is not living up to their 4.9 out 5 stars review. Their is no communication and I had to call several times to find out information about my laptop, when they are to be informing customers...
Read moreI wish I would have never went there I called them about fixing the screen on my phone they gave me two different prices they told me that they had the screens in stock other places were cheaper but I figured since I had to screens in stock I would take it there when I got there they didn't have the cheaper screen they only had the more expensive one that should have raised the red flag right there then I made a mistake without checking the phone before I left the speaker for the ear piece on the phone you couldn't hear it the external speaker work so I was on the bus on my way home I called and they told me to bring it back in when I brought it back in the text message told me that it was working after he fixed it and then I had dropped the phone I told him I had dropped it I know I had he told me I could leave it he'd look at it but I had to come back in 30 minutes and get it when I got back in 30 minutes he told me that it was working but it was low it's so low you could just hear our faint noise I can't hear it so I called around I found somebody to fix it for let's go fix it charge me $135 for the screen I have a Galaxy a11 you can purchase the screen from Amazon for $35 now I got to pay another $45 to get the speaker fixed please don't make the same mistake I did go to Mr...
