Wonderful, quaint, clean, and personable little store of hospitality and service.

I was in need of some sourdough white bread as I was staying with family and friends being I was from out of town. Doug was kind enough to place some aside for me. When entering their wonderful little store, he serviced me immediately. While he was retrieving my request this wonderful kind female staff presented me with a sample of salmon spread on crispy yummy cracker.

She asked me what I thought it needed to improve the taste, and did so by adding a scallion with my second sample offer.

This quaint little gym in the middle of Norfolk has it “going on!” Not only do they have excellent customer service skills, yet they also strive to be a “cut above” In asking how they can improve service and delivering it with unexpected grace.

I definitely will be a return customer and spread their customer service to others. They definitely have a servants heart in ministering to their community and beyond.

Only downside to the store is PLS fix the cashier method. They charge cards by an iPan & if U don't have a chip, yeah good luck w/ that.
