Constantly had problems making or receiving calls also was hit or miss on texts. Plus never got an upgrade after almost 3 years. I hardly used my data except for email and even though I was supposed to have unlimited data I would be out within a week and a half, and then they would kick me down to 2g and the phone they provided me didn't run on 2g. Every time I went in for them to check out my phone they made me buy a new SIM card and the final straw was the last time I went in, instead of unmounting my sd card she just popped it out and corrupted it so i lost everything on it. Including pictures of my kids that can't be replaced not to mention tons...

Terrible customer service. Doors are always locked and they never answer the phone. I have gone there on three separate occasions and doors were locked all three times during business hours. Even try calling and the phone just keeps on ringing and am on hold forever...
