Dry Goods — Local services in Normal

I never leave bad reviews, but bad service is bad service, so here we go. I just returned a pair of jeans that didn't fit to this location, with my receipt, but had I taken the tags off and evidently didn't have the barcode. The lady working was very rude, and expressed annoyance about having to manually look up the item. As a person who's worked in retail before, I understand the minor inconvenience of the situation, however, I feel that huffing about having to work a little harder, and saying "next time leave the tags on the item" is rather...

They have cute clothes. They staff are alright. Not the best but not the worst. I just bought some pants from here and they ripped the same night. You can’t return items if you taken the tag off already. I had my receipt. I can understand but it’s a little silly that I can’t return anything with the tags even if the item is damaged. It’s so expensive and the quality wasn’t as good...

I like the store and clothes, but the staff there are some of the most consistently unfriendly people. I just left and, like always, there was not one “hi” or “welcome.” I was the only one in the store, and I now go into that store wondering if the workers will say a word to me…it’s expecting the bare...
