Supplement Superstore — Local services in Normal

I’ve been a loyal customer of Supplement Superstore for almost a year, and even though I live two hours away, they make every experience exceptional by shipping my orders right to my house or office in California. The customer service is outstanding, and it’s obvious the team truly cares about their customers. What keeps me coming back, despite the distance, is the incredible support from Jack and Hayden—they consistently go above and beyond with their exceptional customer care skills.

Jack’s product knowledge is phenomenal, and he always takes the time to recommend supplements tailored to my needs, even over the phone or through text. He’s patient, thorough, and somehow remembers the little details about my goals, making me feel like a valued customer no matter how far away I am. Hayden, meanwhile, brings such positivity to every interaction. He’s meticulous about ensuring my orders are correct and shipped out perfectly, so I never have to worry about a thing arriving at my doorstep. Together, they’re a dream team.

Each time I go into the Supplement Superstore in Bloomington-Normal I am greeted by courteous, helpful, knowledgeable staff. It feels more like an extension of the crossfit/workout community than a store. I began going to the store to receive the free Body Assessment Test, which is a great service they provide to the community. The staff have been well trained on the assessment and provided helpful explanations and applications that I could take away from the results. Unlike some other supplement stores I have visited, I have never been pressured to make a purchase. I have purchased several high quality supplements from them and all have been at a reasonable price and less expensive than when I have bought them elsewhere. On one occasion when they did not carry an item I needed, the representative got online and took time to research the supplement and options for me. Stopped in to Supplement Superstore after checking their website as saw they carried MTS Nutrition products. No where else in Bloomington, IL carries this line so I had to check them out. Stopped in with my fiancé and spoke with Jake. What a great guy. Genuinely cared about what I was looking for. Unfortunately they only had a select few flavors of MTS whey and no MTS outright bars ( best protein bars on the market in my opinion) but Jake assured me that he would speak with the higher ups about getting more variety of MTS products in their store. Also went in to grab some Amino Energy for myself and the fiancé and walked out with a totally different brand and flavors I have never tried and couldn’t be happier with them. Jake recommended AminoNRG by Nutra One blackberry lemonade and the taste and benefits surpassed Amino Energy in just one workout. I’ll definitely be back.
