I will start off saying that if I could give zero stars I would. I took my dogs there on Thursday. I dropped them off at 12:30. I was told it would take a couple of hours. Around 3:30pm I still hadn't heard back, so I called knowing they closed at 4. They stated they had 20 more minutes of work on my small dog. I was already on my way so I went ahead and went there. Upon arriving, Erika, the owner was working on my Yorkie. My yorkie was completely shaven, which I wasn't expecting first off, then second off Erika complained about how terrible my dog was. She complained that he wasn't use to hair cuts nor people touching his face and feet. My yorkie is only 4 months old, so of course he isn't use to that. Erika then mentioned my Doberman was a saint. Erika had me pay and it was an okay price for the services. Erika went to get my Doberman from the back, it was then she couldn't find his collar or leash that we had brought him in. Erika looked frantically and did not find it. She stated it must of got sent home with another client. I am still confused on the fact of how my dogs collar which is a neon green (not common) and it has his name monogrammed in big, black letters and my phone number on it got sent home with another client. Erika stated I will call the client whom I think it got sent home with and call you back to verify that she has it and we can get it back to you the following day, which would of been Friday (October 27). I traveled back home, put my dogs up and drove back to work, which at this point it was 4:30 and I still had not heard from Erika. I took it upon myself to call her. Erika stated she confirmed the lady had it and was planning to bring it back to the salon on Friday in which I asked what time, Erika didn't know. So needless to say, Friday comes and goes. I don't hear a single thing from the salon. I called them twice and emailed them. I got nothing in return. No call, voicemail, text message, email, Facebook message- NOTHING!!!!! Saturday morning (October 28) I call the salon at 7:55, to no one's surprise Erika is not there at the salon. I receive a call back from Erika right before 8:30. I can honestly say the conversation did not go well on the phone. Erika was still unsure if the leash and collar were at the salon and she claimed another one of her workers called me yesterday, not true. She called me back to confirm the leash and collar were there like 10 minutes later. Erika asked if we wanted it delivered to our house. I said yes. I am currently sitting here waiting for my dogs leash and collar. I can honestly say this was by far the worse experience I've had with a groomer/ salon. The salon as a whole was not professional and Erika being an owner needs a lot of work in the customer service area in order to make her clients happy. I WOULD NOT take my dog here...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. Very unprofessional & rude! Dropped my dogs off and got told I could pick them up anytime before five. Got called around 12 and got told that they were ready. I told them that I would be there around 4 to pick them up and they said okay. Got called again at 12:30 and they told me that I had missed my 12 o’clock appointment and that I could no longer be seen. Got called again at 12:45 to ask if I was a dog named Kyle‘s mom. And then said sorry I had your dogs name under copper not cooper (not to mention my dogs name is copper, not cooper. So they clearly don’t know what they’re doing) Got called again at 2:40 to let me know that I had to come get my dogs because they were closing early at 3 which gave me 20 minutes to get there. I had to make arrangements at work and rush there to get my dogs. When I picked my dogs up they looked horrible. Nails looked horrible, smelled bad. Like they did absolutely nothing of what I had paid for. When I told them I was unhappy with my experience I got told “oh you poor thing you don’t take care of your pets anyways” and When I told her I would not be returning she said “that’s fine I have enough clientele anyways” I would not recommend this...
Read moreI usually have had good experiences here but after today I will be looking for another groomers. Dropped off my pups this morning and told the lady for the specific cut I wanted them to have. She was hesitant and stated that it might not be possible because of being matted. I ran my fingers through my poodle mix's coat and questioned the "matting" she had mentioned, she did the same and said "oh, it looked like it." Left them and continued about my day. I picked them up at the end of the day, shortly after receiving the text that they were ready. As I waited for them to bring out my furbabies I overheard "dry her"...lady came back saying that my poodle had "messed" herself. My dogs are crate trained and are use to long hours (I'm prior military so longer than normal hours) and they have gone to groomers all 13/12 years of their life...I thought it was strange that we have NEVER had this issue. Aside from this I have noticed that attention to details are not what they were when I first started taking my pups there 2 years ago. I'm all for supporting local businesses but unfortunately we will be looking for a new...
