Eagle One Pizza — Restaurant in Norman

I don't think I have ever written a review. Hate that this one will be a bad one. Must first admit that I have no knowledge about the taste or quality of the product, I never got mine! From what I hear, the food is very good. Unfortunately, I have never tasted it. That said, some of the management of Stars and stripes just don't get customer service. Part of my intent in writing this review is that said management will get something out of this. Placed an order at 3:30 pm and specified that I needed it ready at 4:30 and would that be a problem? The answer was no and I repeated that I needed it ready by 4:30. Order placed. Arrive at 4:27 to pick up order. They first don't know who I am but figure it out and come to take payment. I ask, "where's the order?" at which time they begin to make the food. Sorry, I am hosting a party at a specific time for my family. Tell them that I have to go to plan B as no food even started.In a rush, Little Ceasers here we come! As I am leaving, they call out "Don't make the order". After I got home

I wasn't going to write a review after several issues. If a manager named Prince reads this he will know fully about the situation. I've purchased via delivery with them several times, but that's coming to an end I guess.

I prefer Stromboli or Calzone over Pizza, and ordered one and it was very good. Sadly we ordered another about a month later. The delivery shows up and leaves us with a Pizza. Large Calzone is much more expensive than pizza. I call, complain and just keep the pizza. For some reason the pizza is not good (Calzone throwing them off?). Then all is forgiven, I order another a few months later... SAME THING HAPPENS! I Call and complain and am told they will give me a free one just pick it up. WHY SHOULD I PICK UP AN ERRANT DELIVERY ITEM? So, more months go by (June 2019), wanted to give them another shot and order the Calzone with the wife overhearing me tell them how twice we got pizzas. I repeated this twice, make sure we get a Calzone please. What shows up? ANOTHER FREAKIN PIZZA!!!! GEEZE GET IT RIGHT!!!! I called and spoke to Prince who wanted to give me one free Calzone, but I said I should get two for 3 ERRANT deliveries when I was overcharged and tipped over $5 each time.

Got one free Calzone, and Prince didn't remember promising a second free Calzone but would if I would come and get it.

Stars and Stripes, Prince, whoever.... I just remembered how good Domino's thin crust pizza and chicken alfredo pasta is, $12.98 total and close to home. Sorry, you broke a promise. That's worse than making mistakes.

The service wasn’t good and that was ok given the quality of the restaurant I didn’t expect it to be. The gentleman that took my order and my money did not wash his hands before doing so. His hands where dirty. He clearly doesn’t think much of his customers health because he returned my money filthy with whatever he was preparing. Now, I am wondering what shortcuts he takes when consumers can’t see. He also rushed me through my order. I asked him for change when I first walked in and he refused and I was ok with that. However, he went on to say if I only spent 1 dollar or 5 dollars he’s refusing me service. Simply put, the gentleman was nasty and rude from beginning to the end of the transaction. I spent thirteen dollars. When I came back to get my pizza I I saw he was preparing food for delivery. I then immediately walked out and told him to enjoy it on me. My reasoning the store wasn’t held to any standard, the gentleman was rude, and it was clear he was going to give me pizza with food on his hands.AND likely get back to work without washing.
