My experience with CVS has never been great but a little tolerable. Staff is cold not personable. Front end person had a condescending tone. Not polite at all. The Pharmacy’s phone service was also “say it” so I can go on to the next call. The gentlemen who I spoke to on the phone sounded like he didn’t want to be bothered. I could not hear him mumbling so when asking him to speak little bit louder because I have hearing aid’s he continued in the same tone. This was the same person when I went to pick up my prescription had a nonchalant attitude I felt like he could care less. Overall, I have never had a good experience at any CVS I had visited, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida. I have to use them now because I am unable to find an another drugstore convenient to get to. I don’t know is there help for this company? She was friendly and asked if she could direct us in finding merchandise etc. I noticed a photo kiosk and inquired how it worked. Amber escorted us to the touchscreen and demonstrated how it worked. She let me know if I was unable to connect to the internet that USB cords were provided to upload images . Once I chose the images she showed me how to crop, size and change the contrast. She definitely made the process easy. The last step was to print them out. The photos were the perfect size and quality was professional! Amber also informed us about the currant promotion if we used our xtra care card which saved us some money . Amber, did not make us feel that her help was an inconvenience. So after the ER doctor ensured he sent the scripts to this location, Brandie decided it was easier to tell my wife “you didn’t tell us your maiden name” instead of owning the fact that someone scanned in the scripts, sent the automated email to tell us BOTH scripts were ready only for the Anti-Anxiety meds to be mysteriously not there.
How incredibly insane are you to be treating people like this over the phone is abysmal everyone working there today was complicit in her actions. Just because it was 10 minutes till your lunch doesn’t mean you get to act dismissive to people who are anxiously waiting for their anxiety meds.
