Doyon's Appliance — Local services in North Andover

We had a great experience at Doyon's in North Andover. The sales manager, Shamis, was extremely helpful, and patient, guiding us through the process of picking out a new appliance package, answering our many questions, and even guiding us through a rebate process. There were no "high pressure" sales tactics, just a wealth of knowledge and experience about appliances. Also, the delivery team, Chino and his partners (I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's names) were extremely professional, taking all precautions removing our old appliance and getting the new ones up to the 2nd floor, navigating a narrow stairway without damanging anything. Almost every interaction with Doyen's has been excellent. Buying the refrigerator was easy and the sales person was knowledgeable and pleasant. The installation was not good as the two guys were in a rush to leave, didn’t balance the placement, left the ice maker switch on but I wasn’t using an ice maker, so the refrigerator subsequently made very loud noises. I contacted Doyons Appliance for a repair on my gas dryer, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the prompt and professional communication to the outstanding service provided by the technician, Rafael, everything exceeded my expectations. I'm currently waiting for the part to arrive so the repair can be completed, but so far, the service has been fantastic.
