This Store I never visit ever again ,yesterday I went there to buy a Alarm Clock in that Store.The price on the Shelves mentioned that $6.00 ,so I went through Checkout try to pay the item .I realized that it's coming up $12 instead of $6.Later they mentioned that, item is in wrong place ,I also went there with them to check the item.When I look back again all the items are in the sameSpot with price tag of $6.A Customer service lady who serve me earlier, she mentioned that you will get that item of $6.00 instead of $12, because someone put all the items in wrong spot.she mentioned that to visit the Manager.After 10 minutes waiting in the long line and again to chance visit manager( "MIKE") .I have explain the situation what happened ,if you want refund of $12 ,I will give back to you ,he told me he don't have accessed to changes the price for the item? How come he don't have accessed to change an item ?I didn't understand why he can't able to do that ?Almost more than 30 minutes of discussion to get refund for the item ? and also staying back in the waiting line unnecessary couple of times to get refund ? I felt so upset to treat me( customer )like that ? Read moreWas excited when I learned I could go to DG and use my PayPal account to pay. I am new to PayPal and don't know the inner workings. I came to this location foe the first time today 2/15/18 and it's not only big but has a great variety of stuff. I skipped foe 3p minutes. when I got to the register o told the last I would be paying with my PayPal account she said okay, I I'm aware of how to complete the transaction is where the snag and low quality of customer service came into play (this why I'm giving this place 3 stars). I briefly looked at the key pad and it was telling me to Swipe Now... I told the lady at the register who happened to be the Assistant Manager that I don't have a card! She said to me this is how ppl pay ( so clearly she wasn't aware how PayPal went either) it's when I asked for the manager that I was able to complete mg transaction. What made is scratch my head is when the Assistant Manager says (in front of the Manager) that she explained things to me the same as the Manager had..... Correction I told her she wasn't SPECIFIC! Shut her up but she was a little snippy with me because I checked her. I am happy I now know how to use my PayPal money but had the Assistant Manager specifically explain to me what to do, I wouldn't be writing thing review. Read moreI just have to stay over yet I’m looking for the Scotch-Brite soap wand refills that do not have this ridiculous large hole in the middle you have just found what you have been waiting for and looking for for so long I know for myself even the ones I purchased on Amazon came and were different from the picture they clearly showed a double pack of wand refills with no hole & then when they arrived they were the newer version with the big ridiculous hole in the middle! Aargh! Finally, I was able to locate them, of all places, on Dollar General.com! I received a great deal, free shipping & I was even able to use a promo code so I was able to get 12 double packs (NO HOLE in the middle) for a song!!! What a great little company and their online service is awesome! They have a lot more to offer than you might think, online. I’m not saying that they’re as well stocked as many other very well-known chain stores, which I’m sure I can’t mention in my review but for a smaller chain store, they really do have some great little products that sometimes you can’t find anywhere else because they’re being purchased in such high quantities, by everyone all the time.
