The Bagel One Cafe — Restaurant in North Arlington

Today, I sent my 10 and 8-year-old daughters into Corner Bagel to grab a bagel and drinks. They patiently waited in line, eager to order like grown-ups. However, despite their efforts, the gentleman at the counter continuously served customers who arrived after them, ignoring my girls for a good 20 minutes. When he finally acknowledged them, he seemed bothered by their presence, asking them to move aside as if they were inconveniences. It was a humiliating experience for them, as they lacked the confidence to address the situation without being disrespectful. My daughter even had to place money on the counter to get his attention. This lack of consideration for young customers is unacceptable. A simple inquiry if they needed assistance would have sufficed. With plenty of other options available on Ridge Road, we won't be returning to Corner Bagel. We initially wanted to give this place a chance, but this experience has deterred...

Leaving a review after seeing the most recent one left on this page & I would just like to let it be known that since I’ve been coming here I’ve never had a terrible experience. The new owners who took over have been so kind and helpful! They’ve really been doing such a great job with the store!The customer service is AMAZING they treat everyone with the same kindness & respect. sometimes I catch myself and others spend more time in there just enjoying the conversation with the employees. This is a great spot to bring your friends and family if you want a nice breakfast spot!...

Today was my first trip here and my last. The fact that it only took about 2 minutes for him to make this sandwich should have been my first clue. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. They must have given me a sandwich that was sitting there for a while. The bacon is rubbery, the egg is overcooked and the cheese isn't even melted. I live 3 minutes from this place and by the time I got home the sandwich was cold. Terrible I'll never return. You would think being there at 6:00 in the morning an hour after they opened everything...
