I had to wait 1 week to calm down. Just so I can write this review. Worst haircut I’ve ever received in my lifetime. 1st of all I arrive at 6:45pm they close at 7. The guy ask me. “Do you wanna schedule an appointment?”. I’m like, “don’t you guys close at 7pm?”. So they took me in. I’m a male that has had to wait about 3 years to get my hair long and to have it where it’s at. This lady (Tiffany Huff) went ahead and destroyed all of that. A fifth grader would have done a better job than she did. All she had to do was my sides and follow the shape. My sides were barely long like a 1/4 in long. My hair is long at top with a mushroom design with a V design in the back. All she had to do was follow the already perfect layout I had. Well she didn’t! Don’t know if she was upset or blind because she had to cut my hair. But she butchered my long hair on my left side and the back V shape. Keep in mind my hair is past my shoulders. Her mistake is irreversible. It’s long hair I can never get back. NO WONDER SHE DIDN’T HOLD A MIRROR IN THE BACK AND SIDES OF MY HEAD FOR ME TO SEE HER WORK. I didn’t realize the damage until I arrived home. I was devastated! On top of that I had to pay $40 plus TOO THINK I EVEN TIPPED HER $12. Save your hair and time and sanity and...

Don't get me wrong, my cosmetologist was great at her job and all in all I'm happy with the haircuts final result. The issue I have is that I feel a little tricked in paying more than I was expecting. While I was receiving my haircut, (specifically while she was trimming my sideburns) I asked simply if it would be possible for my stylist to run the bare clippers over my entire face minus the mustache. I essentially just wanted the almost medium stubble on my neck and cheeks brought down to a light stubble. She said she would have to check to see if she had an appointment after me and if she would have time for that. She did have time for it and then proceeded to charge me for an entire "beard trim" which was a surprising $34! That charge was almost as much as the haircut itself! I paid and did not complain as I techincally did ask for it. I feel as though they weren't upfront about what my request would cost me, and the service rendered did not...

I got my hair cut at this barbershop 4 times, and they didn't give me what I asked for once. Not because of miscommunication on my part, I used multiple pictures of my own previous haircuts and gave specific points for what I wanted, and every single time it was far from what I asked for. My last appointment was with Tiffany, who interrupted me a lot and was very short and rude with me. I used 2 pictures of my own hair from different angles and told her specific things that I wanted done. When she was finished, she did not do any of what I asked and instead gave me what is in the attached picture. Tiffany wasn't the only problem, just the most recent. This place is way too expensive for this quality of service. I hope this review saves someone from wasting their money here.
