Do not take your rv to these guys. When dad asked who I would trust to take his $100k motorhome to replace his stereo i highly recommended them because I have used them in the past but they were stereo to go back then and they did phenomenal work for me for years. After he spent like $1400 for them to put a new stereo in he got home and bent the outside step because they messed up the wiring to where it wouldn't retract. This pissed me off the most because I just installed a brand new $600 step and motor assembly after the last one started to fail. Then come to find out his daytime running lights are flickering all the time and draining the battery. This was never an issue before they touched it. Dad took it back to them and had them wire it just like the original one was wired even tho the radio didn't work that way. He was only concerned about the lights flickering. So they did what he wanted but the lights still flickered and now there's not a working radio. I understand the wiring could be faulty but spending this much money and causing this much damage to brand new steps and triggering or possibly causing the lights to flicker without offering any kind of refund is unacceptable. He had to pay me to get it working again and now he's gonna have to pay Gibbs rv to diagnose a wiring problem with the lights. I will never recommend or go...

Went in to get a new car stereo because my old cd player stopped working. Told him I also wanted one that would play my 256gb ipod classic. Had what was sold to me installed, the ipod wouldn’t work right. He said “well at least it plays through one speaker you need to use you phone or apple play or spotify”. BS. My phone has only 24gb left on it. Walked back in to switch out for one that worked. Was told to make an appt. I did, went back in he took the first one out and replaced it with what was sold to me(it was $80 cheaper). He backed my vehicle out and said “there ya go” and walked away. Ipod still did not work. I asked him why he said the ipod was too old. Then WHY IN HELL DIDN’T HE TELL ME THAT TO BEGIN WITH? This guy is a joke. Oh, no receipt was given to me or the 80bucks he owed me either. Came home, messed with it and got the ipod to work though can’t control it with the stereo. Only the ipod itself. Don’t tell me it wouldn’t work at all when it does. STAY AWAY. So tired of business owners with bad attitudes...

These guys are awesome! The best customer service ever. I was looking for a touch screen stereo with Apple CarPlay for my truck and asked them what they recommended. The recommended the Kenwood DDX9903S one of the installers really spent a lot of time showing me the features of it he also had a similar model installed in his truck and spent even more time showing me how his works. I was sold and I'm glad I went with this model it has everything that I wanted and more. I had them install it and after it was installed it looks better then the factory touch screen stere that was in the truck! Then they spent even more time with me showing me how it works and helped me connect it with my phone. I'm really impressed of how much time they spent with me. There labor charges are very cheap they barley charged me anything for there labor. I'm usually not easily impressed but these guys really impressed me with there customer service I wish all business treated there customers as well as these guys do. Thanks again...
