Subway — Restaurant in North Bend

This Subway, in Bi-Mart shopping center, is now my family's favorite. It is a little hard to get on to the sidewalk with my wheelchair but it is well worth the effort (make sure you are getting on to the correct section of sidewalk as there are multiple levels to choose from).

These folks will make you feel welcome, each time you come in the door, and if you are hankering for a different kind of soup than they have posted, just ask for the one you like (my wife and I really like the Broccoli Cheddar).

If you are in a hurry between 11:30am - 1pm please be aware they are usually busy, wait times are hardly ever more than 10 minutes and usually only 5 minutes. Even if you pre-order you might have to wait for 5 minutes, but I think (and so do many others apparently) it is worth the wait!

I have tried all the Subways in this area (Coos Bay, Coquille and Pony Village mall). These folks are the friendliest. The new S'mores cookies are really tasty but my favorite is the Raspberry Cheesecake.

This is sadly the best Subway in the Coos Bay area, which honestly isn't saying much. They are consistently out of things ranging from specific types of bread to toppings. There are a couple people who work there who are really nice and good at their job, but most of the employees are really bad at every aspect of this job. The hours listed both on the door as well as online are NEVER accurate. I stopped by yesterday at 8:34pm, and even though there was a paper taped to the door that said they were open until 9:30, the employee turned me away saying they close at 8:30. At a previous date I had seen that online the hours were listed as open until 10pm and I drove by at 9 and they were already closed. Honestly just one of the worst businesses...

I always try to go to this Subway specifically. The customer service here is WELL ABOVE par. They are always very accommodating and polite and make the best sandwiches compared to the other two I have been to in Coos. I usually try to go back to the same guy, Dylan, because he makes it just how I like, but I had a different guy today who did just as awesome! It turns out Dylan was busy helping a customer who had just bought a sandwich and accidentally locked themselves out of their car! I noticed he was helping them on my way in to order and he had helped them into their car with their sandwich by the time that mine was made. What amazing customer service.
