I have placed an order online for a booster seat which was discounted and limited in stock at certain Target locations, however the North Brunswick location (which was quite a drive for me) confirmed that they had 2 in stock. Only after a couple of hours of placing my order, I went down to the store, picked it up and drove all the way back home, only to discover that they gave me the wrong booster seat! I called Target to resolve the issue and talked to the manager who said she was sorry, but sometimes when the product is out of stock they replace it with a different one. WHAT?? Is this for real? I explained to her that the right seat was confirmed in stock at time of order and I would like to exchange it for the correct one. To which her answer was, that they don't have that item anymore and I can bring the wrong seat back to the store for a refund. Which they still couldn't do, because the receipt didn't match the item that I was returning because they gave me the wrong one! So I got another "sorry" and I guess I'm eating the price of a booster seat and now stuck with one which I can't even use. Thats some customer service. It's so sad that Target could really care less about their customers and instead of making things right, management just feels that saying "sorry" fixes all the problems and all of the sudden everything is fine. Needless to say, I will never spend another dime at...
Read moreThis is the worst Target and Starbucks store I have ever visited. The Starbucks store sells expired dairy products, which are mostly consumed by infants and children. They sold liquid dairy products in June 2016, which was expired in February 2016! My 2 years old daughter consumed the dairy product and fell sick. Upon talking to both the Starbucks HQ and the Target HQ regarding the incident, their response to the problem was that they wanted to give my family $25. On the day of the incident, when we wanted to register the complaint the target store manager did not allow us to report the incident and behaved rudely with us. When we asked her to provide us with name and phone number of the Starbucks Manager, she only gave us the first name and the phone number of the Starbucks manager. When we asked her why you are only giving us the first name and not the full name, she mentioned that the store does not give out full name as if they are running a gang. They also masked the expired item on the purchase receipt. The item was names as "Starbucks"! Be careful if you have infant or children when you purchase anything from both of these stores. Please check the expiration date, otherwise, the life and health of your loved ones is only $25 for these big...
Read moreI would like to give 0 stars to the customer support and Manager. Very worst experience of my life in returning a TARGET.COM online order item to store. Before taking the item to store, I checked online support and went personally to this store and checked with customer support, they told that I can return the item without box. I took it back to store on today evening, the customer support member is not accepting and telling that this item couldnt be returned to store. In Target App, it is showing the option to return to store. The way of there talk is not at professional. I explained to them what I checked earlier but they didnt listen. I have to brought the item back and called TARGET.COM Support again, they told that it can be return to any store and asked apologies for that and gave 10$ gift card for this issue. They asked me to go any other store and call from there if i face any issues. I took it to South Brunswick store. They didn't ask any question, Just I shown the return receipt details, they accepted the item and refunded the money. Was wondering how North Brunswick store couldn't accept ONLINE TARGET.COM order and they were telling that it is only online order item. Very poor customer support and response...
