I would give this place minus zero that's just how horrible the service is here. I visit this Subway occasionally but after what I experienced yesterday(06-24-20), I will NEVER return. They only offer 3 bread choices and I don't care what time of the day it is, one of them is NEVER available. I ordered online for the first time, arrived 40 minutes later than when it was suppose to be ready. First thing I notice is a line to the door. 3 young male employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. So I go straight to the front of the line and 2 other customers are waiting for their online oder. In that time of waiting, one customer order was wrong, the 3 male workers are discussing how somebody else received a wrong order. So now I'm on alert and when they hand me my order, I check before I leave and sure enough, it WAS NOT MY ORDER!!! Even if it was my order was, one of the sandwiches was clearly open, and not sealed, more than likely from someone checking it, and now you have cross contamination, IF IT was mine. So now I have to wait, which turns into an additional 20-25 minutes. In that time I witness 2 other online customers whose order were not ready, one decided to wait but he worked with Postmates and said he wasn't going to wait too long, the other customer wanted her money back, they said they couldn't because no manager was on duty and she would have to come back the next day. Nobody was offered ANYTHING for their wait, not even a cup of water. So I was reassured my order was CORRECT, but when I got home there were things missing off the sandwiches, so basically, THEY STILL SCREWED UP!!! Read moreI came in on 8/4/2025 and the girls behind the counter seemed to be so mad for some reason, they wasn’t pleasant at all, and they greeted me like as if they was mad that I came in and that they had to work, one young lady behind the counter rolled her eyes when I say hello ladies, the other lady said with a very irritable voice What would you like not welcome to subway and how can I help you she sounded mad at the whole world so I Told her what I wanted and she fixed it. The food was delicious. It’s just the atmosphere was all off. The lobby was clean and from what I can see where they was working at was also clean, but they all seem to have had a serious serious attitude and act like they didn’t wanna be there and when I asked for a second sandwich, she act like she didn’t wanna fix it. I live with a the area and I would love to come back, but their attitude was totally off, and it made me and my daughter, very uncomfortable. If I was the boss of that restaurant, they all would have went home without no pay, customers desire to have a pleasant atmosphere and should be comfortable talking to the one that’s serving them.That type of attitude is so very unprofessional and ridiculous.! Read moreI was thinking maybe I have a slightly higher standard because my first ever job was at Subway, but after reading some of the other reviews, I see it's not just me. This location is mediocre AT BEST.
Out of the dozen or so times I've been there, 1 single time, there WASN'T a sticky disgusting mess beside the drink fountain. Their chips, cookies, and bottled drinks are very often not stocked, and same with the condiments. The counter is often very messy looking, and today the kid tried to cut my sandwich with a nasty knife, before I requested a clean one. Also, that same kid (didn't catch a name, but he's a tallish white kid with brown hair) needs to learn how to SPEAK to customers instead of mumbling to them.
I've also seen, on more than one occasion, where there were multiple customers waiting to be served, but only 1 employee doing the work. Every time I go in there I hope for a different outcome, but after my visit yesterday, I don't much plan on returning. The only reason I ever started going there in the first place is because it's convenient on the way to work. I've gotten to the point, however, where I no longer believe it's even worth the time anymore.
They need a serious overhaul in management, or they need to raise their standards by about 10 bars, or a little...
