6 stars for outstanding service and quality. In February 2022 we purchased a sofa, 2 recliners, a custom pub table set with 4 chairs and a fire table. Our salesperson was Kirsten. In December 2022 I phoned the Palm Casual store one minute before closing expecting to leave a message for the next day. I was very surprised when Kirsten answered the phone. It was during an unusual cold snap here in Florida and our fire table’s flame was cutting out. The next morning at 10am Willy the service expert arrived and quickly and pleasantly resolved our problem in a few minutes. Our salesperson Kirsten and service specialist Willy are both all stars. Please do not buy any furniture from any Palm Casual Store. They do not stand behind their product. I understand that I did not buy my products from this specific store; however; my experience has been horrible. I purchase about 5K of their products to place in my pool area in the Holly Hill a store near Daytona Beach. All the cushioning products faded, lost the color and started to look really ugly. During my purchase they told me that I could use bleach to clean it anytime, well, that does not go so well on these products. I took the cushioning from the chase to the store and the manager basically told me that I was out of luck. I started to complain about it and he threatening to call the cops if I would not leave the store. That is the customer service you get after spending about 5K with them....
