Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I live closer to another taco bell but always visit this location because it used to be the best. Over the last few months not so much. The last few times I have visited were not great at all. The staff inside are always irritated with customers who choose not to use the kiosk and leave them standing there for very long periods of time. Then when they come to the register they are very rude. I watched this the last few times i have visited. I however always use the kiosk. When I received my order it was wrong. No big deal. I went to the counter and after standing there forever a very rude woman came to the counter. I said, I'm sorry but these were supposed to be chicken and not steak. She said no you ordered steak, let me see your receipt. I couldn't find my receipt at the moment so instead of just fixing their mistake(which wasn't a big deal, it happens)she was more concerned with proving me wrong and proceeded to dig through the computer. She ended up going back and making the correct ones. Except she didn't. They were wrong again! By then I had also found my receipt that clearly showed I ordered chicken and not steak. I went back up and showed my receipt and let them know they were wrong AGAIN. I asked the name of the rude woman who said she was training to be the manager but wouldn't say her name. She did struggle to changed her attitude right away though. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of visiting, their evening crew is horrible and very rude. Especially the woman "training to be the manager ". I really hope that this isn't the new norm for...

We came to this Taco Bell for food around 12:30am, the point of that is the commercials say open late. We usually have a great experience every time we have went to a Taco Bell. Unfortunately this time the person who took our order was not nice nor gave the usual experience we normally get. She was very short and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable, then made us wait even longer when we were ready to order. I do not know if they where short staffed but the food was not made to the usual standard nor where we given our complete order. They forgot the quesadillaas well as the freezy midnight Baja blast that went with the meal. We wanted to order the street taco dishes that they had but clean did not have anything at all as well as other items that we chose to order.We also ordered a chicken Chalupa that wasn’t wrapped and fell apart as we took it out of the bag. Then when we got to open it up and see what fell out, everything was divided sour cream on one side, meat in the middle and minimal meat. When we got the chicken quesadilla it was only cheese with very little meat. We felt this was not worth the money that was spent, nor was the experience worth wanting to go back to this establishment. I do hope that everybody knows that late night is apparently not the right time to go to...

This evening, soccer practice ran late. Being a school night I needed a grab and go dinner. Kids decided on Taco Bell and this was the closest location at the time. I typically loathe taco bell bc they are always rushing me and rude (at other locations). At the drive thru the girl was calm and sweet and let me order without an interruption. Got to the window and couldn't find my wallet! I was in a panic bc I didn't want to "be that customer" that had to cancel my order after they worked hard to make it. I had $21 cash for a $48 order. The lady at the window gave my kids and I time to look throughout the car. She didn't show any stress for a second on her part being 3 cars are behind me. Not finding my wallet I had to explain the situation and she offered to stand there and subtract from the order so my kids could at least eat. We got it down to $22 and change and I again was stressed bc now I had to take something off that was for my kids. She told me without hesitation she would cover the rest! I about cried when she said that. She then very nicely said, "it's ok, we all have those days." This night shift is absolutely amazing and I am so thankful to your hospitality! If the kids want taco bell, I'm crossing the bridge just to go to this location moving forward. Again, THANK YOU SO...
