An outlet for groceries, where the prices are much cheaper on most grocery items. the items are surplus or due to overstock, dented in cans, some items are past date-do watch that on dairy but on cans I'll go a year past as long as the dents are not on the rim.I've found that on some conventional things like pasta you will pay the same price as Publix but they have fantastic quality like diCecco and Rao's..On Mozzarella which is $3.99 or more I found it for $1.79! Fresh vegetables are plentiful, both outside in the porch and inside thre refrigerator including unusual varieties such as the peppers to make Rellenos. Items you would find in gourmet of organic sections of markets can be bought so much cheaper here. Great prices on fresh fruits & vegetables I love such as peaches, pomegranates, avocados, melons, potatoes cabbage, onions, jalapenyos..Canned items that are usually so expensive..such as tomatoes pomodoro, hearts of palm, coconut milk, sunflower butter, non-pareil capers. They also have a really nice wine section, also an organic lotions and remedies section and a Deli and refrigerated area with great finds such as fresh burrata and sliced italian deli meats to chicken tenders to frozen lamb racks. Grocery shop here first before going to a large chain grocery! I'm visiting Fort Myers for a few days and wanted to pick up some groceries to avoid dining out, and was so happy to see all the low prices on some bougie brand names! I initially went to Publix first for groceries but they are so expensive! So I ended up walking out and heading to Sunflower Discount Market and found most of the stuff on my grocery list!

Also, I'm vegan and found so many great vegan brands for very low prices. Next time I'm visiting the area I will stop here again! I'm definitely going back before I leave to stock up on some items I don't want to pay full price on when I get home! I ended up spending $68 on what probably would have been closer to at least $150 anywhere else at full price.

Lastly, they have non-food items as well, which is great because I'm in an unfamiliar place and my phone was about to die and I even found a charger to buy while here so I could pull up...

I came here for my first time yesterday, but definitely not my last!!! We have been craving NY Deli , it’s been ages since we had pastrami on rye. A friend posted this store on their Facebook page so I went to the website and saw that it’s not only a grocer, but a deli! They had pastrami and corned beef - and you order a double decker like this to get that NY deli feel!

It was delicious! They have a lot of different sandwiches I’ll have to try their Reuben next time. The owner is super nice and the grocery store is perfect! Fresh produce at a reasonable price and hidden gems inside the store.

Plus- they don’t use wasteful plastic bags. I love this!! I always bring my own bags when shopping and I love stores like this which encourage that.
