I'm going to give you the reader a (near) full account of my experience at Dead End Outfitters. When I walked through the front door, I was greeted heartily by (forgive me if I get these names incorrect) Weiner, and Rob who were watching the store while the owner (whose name I forgot, apologies) was away for a few hours on personal business.

Now I am relatively new to airsoft, but I knew what I wanted going in, so making a selection wasn't difficult. While I was there I had a wonderful conversation with Rob and Weiner, who as I remember, where not employees. That did not stop me from receiving a high quality selection service. As a fresh shipment came in, Rob, unloading the new guns, would individually unpack nearly every gun, and let me hold it for a minute to get a feel for each one given to me. Eventually I made my selection(s). I drove home jubilant with my new AEG, pistol, and grenade launcher. Rob, Weiner, and some others who came along, whose names I cannot remember, helped me with selecting, outfitting, and customizing me and my selections for high quality performance at a fair price.

I was invited to go to a MILSIM up in Pennsylvania and had heard about the great builder of airsoft rifles so i hit them up for an estimate with the intent to buy a new HPA for this event. After getting to know Greg some at another event the gentleman seemed honest and very knowledgeable about what I wantedso i placed the order with some specifics. After a few months of constant contact with Papa we knew that due to the logistics situation that the country was going through we would have a problem getting everything i wanted in time for the event. We were both hopeful that the parts would come but sadly they didn't. Papa was fixed on getting me the best HPA he could build for me and asked if I would let him build something he knew i would love. I let him take charge and was promised it would be at event. Papa built me the best rifle i have ever owned. He worked with me to get it set just right and exceeded all my expectations. He was even kind enough to throw in a gun bag and some other goodies. I would recommend this crew and Papa to anyone who would like to get more than what was expected.ps the Shop is on fire. Thank you Greg...

I drove all the way from Sarasota just to get here before 6pm on a Wednesday afternoon, only for the shop to be closed and for the hours on the door to say “By Appointment” for certain days when I saw nothing to indicate I needed to make an appointment on their website. I’m incredibly furious after this because I was extremely excited to actually go to a real airsoft shop instead of an Army Navy surplus that may or may not sell airsoft specific gear. But now I feel like that go to Army Navy stores may actually be a safer use of my time instead of coming here. I’m extremely disappointed, and the rest of my team will be disappointed as well. Like why would you post everywhere online that you’re open from 10-6 only to close before 6. So, I guess my advice for anyone going here for their airsoft needs, call ahead and make sure that they’re willing to provide you service. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here any time soon, not...
