Beyond ridiculous service from the drive through lady who ripped the receipt to not show name. I will be escalating this all the way up for the hypocritical treatment. Ive been going here for years with no issue till my displeasure of having to deal with Kelly in drive thru. Everytime before with those in drive thru stating "Welcome to Burger King where you rule" are always helpful and awesome. Friday i decide to pass other food options and go here to buy some breakfast and get to work. Kelly starts with the slogan where you rule, I order my meal get to the window, mind you no one else behind me, she gives me the total, to which I ask if I can add another item to my order. Kelly's response was without hesitation "No, you'll have to drive around". Sigh. I have asked this before when wanting more or adding something I forgot when ordering and NEVER have an issue the person rings me up, hands me my food and on my way I go. After stating the slogan she contradicts the mission statement and refused to assist unless I left rhe drive thru and drove around for one more breakfast sandwich. Why? To start the morning off with that nonsense is unnecessary. Why didn't Kelly's just assist me, theres no one else behind me. I get my receipt and see she ripped the top part off to know show any other information that could come back to her. Why? Has she done this before? She obviously knew she said something that bothered me to the point, that she ripped the top of the receipt so I wouldn't have the info needed to complain. It doesn't make sense and was uncalled for be it early in the morning, all because she felt entitled in some way to refuse my ask and or has to adhere to some drive thru wait time metric. I have reached out to corporate, sent emails and revised my review with more context. I passed MCD's, Wendy's, Taco Bell and IHOP to go here, just to be told I rule and yet refused an ask for additional money to spent here, because I had to drive around again. Smh, all the years ive been going here for one person to turn me away. Kelly that was unnecessary and you should know better. Just doesn't make sense and is contradictory of BK's slogan of "Where you Rule". Doubt anyone will read this and actually care to make it right and regain my loyalty. Thank you for your time...
Read moreHaven't had fast food in what seems like years! But Friday, I didn't get a chance to eat lunch. It was SO busy at work that there was no way to take a break! Powered through the miserable heat and worked straight through the right hour shift. Grinding out in the hot furnace of the morning sun, to the mid day sizzle and well into the afterburn. I mean afternoon. Luckily a case of iced bottled water had filled the cooler. Skin burnt, eyes dry, and filthy soaked clothes. The day ended and I was so hungry. On the way home I saw the Baking sign from 41 and immediately thought to turn in and grab a bite. The drive thru speaker was broken. But they had me drive up to the second window. That aroma of the faux pau grill is all it took! I ordered a whopper Jr with no onions and a medium fry no salt. Even with my "burger my way", the friendly cashier took my money while putting in my order. Not even 5 minutes later I had a hot bag of food. Complimentary napkins and my receipt. All handed to me with a smile and a nice verbal good bye gesture. I thought for sure the order was wrong, I mean when is it EVER right? Read moreThe actual in-store purchasing process is fine, I had no issue there. However, if you need something delivered, or God forbid something is missing/needs replaced because of damage - then you're in BIG trouble. These people never answer the phones, and their website conveniently does not work. I have done the 45 min - 1.5 hr wait times on the phones 5 times - and that was just to get my item delivered properly. Now when I call to get items sent that were missing/damaged I get "All circuits are busy" every single time I call. I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks now.
So I tried to email via the website - they have a nice section to fill out your information and submit your needs but THERE IS NO SUBMIT BUTTON anywhere on the website. The only way I could submit was through the non-United States side of the website (no chance this customer service team can figure out that my order is from the US). Not even sure what to do at this point, and will never have anything delivered...
