I poked around, mostly window shopping at this point, but purchased a little bear I couldn’t resist. There were many other temptations for stocking stuffers and souvenirs that seemed good quality and good price. The store itself is quaint and has that distinct RI feel. Staff (owners?) were friendly, but what put it over the top was when I noticed I lost my little shopping bag from another store, they seemed genuinely concerned and helped me look. At the end of the day, as we were walking back to the car, he actually ran out and stopped us. He handed me the bag he found on his shelf! Proprietor Dale Grogan is vivacious, outspoken and the unofficial "Mayor" of the Village. The toy and children's science department is amazing and a must stop to pick up that unique and special gift for the child in your life. My kids love the Hatch 'Em eggs.
