I witnessed him telling a disabled veteran with a certified service animal that he had to carry his dog and that he (the disabled veteran) was lucky to be allowed to be in the store because it was his right as the owner to forbid animals in his business, which is in direct contradiction of both federal law (Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA) and state law (NRS 651.050).
