Buyers ( parents and young adults) beware. I spoke with two corporate offices customer resolution department who said THIS IS NOT A POLICY!! This store, and this store only is attempting to set a policy that young adults and teenagers aren't allowed until 1pm. The supervisor says " this is what the school want, and north las vegas wants". There is no sign, no policy, and now law/NRS stating this. My son who has only 2 classes his senior year was almost put out the store with two other teens ( no associated). I overhear this white lady telling all of them they cannot come in while they are students until after 1pm. My son tell her that he is actually out of school and picking up shoes for work. She told him she doesn't care. I get involved. I ask where is this policy? All she and the supervisor could tell me "it's what everyone wants". So there is no NRS, store policy, anything in written , or giving customers this notice before you try to discriminate. I called 5 targets clisewt to this store location regarding this " policy". Three out if the five stores I called I was abke to talk with the morning managers. All three stated this is discrimination and they wouldnt dare tell a customer they aren't welcome until causing a disturbance" The other two store employees stated there is no known policy as this. I called target corporate office who stated unless there is a local, city, or state policy, there is no policy by target. They said they would also look into this with this store locstion. My fellow americans, this is what we need to look out for! People trying to make their own laws in order to discriminate. I seen a hand full of twenagwrs already in the store. Not aure if thru are with adults but the point is, this isn't uniformed. The teenager and young adults do not know who to call for such discrimination. Beware! This is how things starts! Make one unofficial policy, why...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLaTara a supervisor at this location should not be in position. I had an emergency and needed to pull up and parked in a space next to another space that indicated āDrive upā parking, as I just saw another person do, and backed out so I pulled in. She yelled out to me to move my vehicle. When I came out of the store, which was less than 10 minutes she stood by the door and began yelling at me. I told her if she wasnāt going to say something nice donāt say anything at all. She continue to use an abrupt and irate tone with me stating about car needing to be moved. She was so confrontational it is was very provoking. She displayed this kind of character in front of her colleagues and customers while outside. LaTara showed a lack of maturity as is taunted with yelling and laughter. Grant it, it was next to a drive up space, but it didnāt have a sign in front of itā¦most importantly she had no right to purposely stand by the outside door yelling at me, a customer. I canāt believe it! While I was getting the corporate number from customer service another customer by the name of Felisa stated she was rude to her too. She did not help her and used the same poor treatment with her. The other customers were baffled by seeing her display of rage that they stopped to ask why she was yelling at me. I have never experienced this kind of treatment at Target, let alone this location. I just have compliments because of the customer service. One of the worst locations to have a young girl in a position working with customers. Lastly, there was not a manager overseeing her. Her behavior is unsafe and unacceptable. Please look at the cameras, and see how LaTara approached me first trying to intimidate me, and provoke the situation to escalate. This will be reported to corporate, and every...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhy do people like Target? I don't understand the fascination. Not only were there no employees around to assist... but there was literally no response to the bell we rung for help. We wanted to purchase a $150 Batmobile Lego set... but there was no one to unlock it and provide assistance. Amazon got that sale... we ordered it while we were still in Target. Then at the till the cashier couldn't have made me & my husband feel more like liars and thieves. Do you know how horrible it is to point out something didn't ring up at the correct price only to be treated like absolute garbage. The tellers walki-talki wasn't working so she borrowed one which quickly died as well. So my husband went all the way to the back wall just to take pictures to prove we weren't lying. Once he showed her the photo she corrected the price.... No apology.... no oops that shouldn't have rung up wrong... nothing! Then another item rang up incorrectly... again I pointed it out ...and again I got the same attitude and treatment... It was absolutely ridiculous š This woman couldn't have made us feel worse. We walked out spending almost $340.00 Only to get home to find out multiple other items did NOT ring up correctly & we were over charged! I wish I had noticed while we were there.... but maybe not... i couldn't take more of that treatment.... I won't be returning to Target.... If I want to walk around a store to get ignored & then treated like trash on the bottom of the dirty garbage bin then maybe I'll return.... but doubt it! I wish I could have given this...
