I went by the drive-thru to purchase 6-Cheese Burgers with fries for our household. I was even asked by the 1st window taking the payments if I needed catsup and replying "yes please". I also added 3-more fries in addition of 2 ordered along the driveway queue. Upon picking up on the next window, I was told the catsup were inside the box already. I did not take notice that the fries can't fit-in inside the box with the 6-burgers and in a hurry to go home I forgot to check the fries. But at least the one who gave the orders asked me if there is something else I needed or just told me to check the box if all are complete. It's a lesson learned to always verify and confirm if all orders are already given or in the box or bag. As customers we are expecting full customer satisfaction from the store by asking us if there's something else needed. Or to remind their customers to check if everything were given before leaving the area. When I came back to pickup the fries, the girl on the 2nd window was aware that I forgot to take the fries and they are ready to give me immediately. But to lessen or appease the bad experience of the customer, she should at least apologize to me for not giving me the fries with the burgers. I should have given a 5-stars rating in all the aspects. Thanks anyway for giving me the lesson to take next time I go to any store to always confirm if I got or received everything I ordered. We both should learn from this experience for each own full satisfaction and joy. God...
Read moreEvery In-N-Out I have been to always cooks my burgers RAW! I always have to ask to make my burgers extra well done, and even then I get raw burgers, and I have to send them back to have them remake them. FYI: You can eat a New York steak raw, but you can't eat ground beef raw. The reason is that with a steak the bacteria is on the outside of the steak, and the bacteria burns off during cooking, but with ground beef, the bacteria is mixed into the meet... so ground beef must be cooked well done. However, the In-N-Out off Tropicana, and I15 aslo serve their burgers raw. The location off S. Sepulveda Blvd, and W. 92nd St in CA also serves their burgers raw, the one off Lassen St, and Balboa Blvd in CA also serve their burgers raw. I have emailed In-N-Out corporate office in Irvine, CA, to express my health concerns, and all I got was a representative trying to give me FREE vouchers for my next visit. The representative didn't care about what I was complaining about... the rep just wanted me to hush... hush... and go away. Well, it's a shame that In-N-Out is serving RAW burgers, and putting the publics health at risk. I hope someone from higher up, reads this post, and sends a nation wide memo to ALL In-N-Out locations to leave the burgers on the grill for an extra minute, or two to allow them to cook all the way through. If you don't believe me... next time you order a burger at In-N-Out, have them cut it in half... you will see the center of the burger...
Read moreLet’s face it, in terms of quality consistency from burger to burger, and from location to location, In-N-Out is totally dialed in. Fresh ingredients, and you can customize each and every burger exactly how you would like them to make it. My personal favorite is the Double-Double, protein-style, animal-style, extra whole onions, extra whole grilled onions, extra tomato, extra lettuce. They have a same Coca-Cola dispenser that you’ll find at most fast food, operations, or gas station, convenience, stores, but they make their own lemonade, which is awesome, and I always have lemon wedges available for that spritz of freshness. I’m not a big french fry eater, so I wouldn’t be able to give you the connoisseurs review, and the shakes are mediocre, in my opinion. Still giving out five stars for the burger. :D Four stars on atmosphere, because it’s a pretty basic diner. You’re not coming in here to have long conversations. Great place to bring a date for good food on the low price and. Great place to bring a family. The staff at every location I’ve been to is...
