I had been waiting in line for about 5-7 minutes, before i had been made aware that it was going to take 10 minutes for chicken to be ready. 25 minutes later, the chicken was finally ready. During that wait time, they had be servicing customers who weren't ordering chicken. A customer who had been like 10th-11th in line was being serviced since her order didn't contain chicken. However during her order, the chicken had been placed to be served. That customer immediately wanted to order chicken, after customers had been waiting for 25 minutes for it. The employee instead of informing the customer, that they would have to get back in line to order the Chicken, served her chicken right in front of 6 customers who had been waiting 25 minutes for it. Straight insult to injury. Finally being able to order, wasn't given any courtesy discount for the inconvenience of waiting over 35 minutes. Better leadership needs to be held accountable to eliminate scenarios like this. A customer shouldn't feel infuriated after giving a Business their time to reestablish their products and service.
I notified their customer service Department about this, all they said was "sorry this happened" and thats it.
Not heres a coupon, a discount, a free drink. Nothing.
So when this Business treats you incorrectly or makes mistakes that effect your order. They'll gladly take your money but dont expect them to compensate you for anything.
I've retired Chipotle. Not giving a dime to a Company who can care less for being careless to their customers. Theres too many great businesses that deserve your Business and utmost respect it for choosing...
Read moreTo whoever owns this place, your employees leave so much money on the table by just being lazy. This is the only chipotle I’ve ever been to that’s been out of anything, and every time I come here they’re out of something, meat, beans, tortillas, etc. Usually it’s a few items. One time they just told me, “all we have is chicken and black beans.” They didn’t have any other protein, no salsa. This took place while the restaurant was supposed to be open for about another 2 hours at that point but they act like they’re done cooking. Last night they tell me “the system is down, we’re gonna need 20-30 minutes to reboot it.” All the food was left sitting uncovered just during this time, while the girl just stands there and basically turns everyone away as they walk in the door. I asked if I could order my food on door dash for pick up, or if perhaps she could just make my order I’ll pay cash and maybe she rings it up later. The answer was basically, a no can do with a smile. It just feels like they’re happy to have any excuse to turn people away, and I suspect it’s cause they’re lazy. I don’t know what kind of system you have or whatever, but it sounds like you’re telling me it’s going to be 20-30 minutes to reboot a computer, which is honestly not even believable. Get it together with your staff already. Make enough food for the demand, like every other Chipotle in the world does. Seems like this place has been open a year and still has nonsense issues like it’s the first week every damn day. Get some people to work that want to work, and send the lazy ones packing...
Read moreThe employees are so rude, they all look like they’re so miserable. The portion sizes are insanely tiny. I asked for double chicken and the employee literally gave me the tiniest bit. If I’m going to pay more for extra chicken then I’m expecting to get more. I also asked for extra rice and I had to tell her twice that I wanted more because the amount she was giving me was tiny. I literally walked out because I’m not going to be paying for tiny portion sizes and I’m not going to deal with rude and miserable employees.
Update: I came here for the second time to see if there was any difference and I just want to say, this place is exactly the same. I wonder if they ever read the reviews. I can see why this place has under 3 stars and there’s consistently bad reviews being posted. This employee/casheir, her name seems to be “Tanikawa”, was so rude, she seemed so miserable and was constantly leaving the cash register to be on her phone, in front of everyone! Go do your job and if you don’t like working here then quit! They made our burritos and they didn’t even bother giving us a second tortilla after all the sour cream and sauce spilled out, I didn’t know chipotle started selling wet burritos 🤷♂️. Anyways I will 100% not be coming back here until they either fire their entire staff or retrain them properly on how to be friendly, professional...
