I was excited about the new gadgets I purchased at a hefty price. I am by no means a complicated person and I understood that all sales are final when they leave the store, but when I got home, I had issues with both toys. For one of the toys, my friend nor I could untwist the cap to the bottom part of a toy in order to add batteries. The whole point of the toy was for it to vibrate and I couldnât get it untwisted to add batteries for it to work. And the other item I got wouldnât turn off, it kept vibrating once I actually inserted batteries. I took them both back to the store and the worker couldnât untwist the one toy and couldnât offer any advice for the other toy. I was willing to just accept my loss with the toy that wouldnât turn off, I would just take out the batteries every time Iâm done using it. But I asked for an exchange of the other toy that we couldnât untwist for the batteries, either to exchange it for the same item or a refund because I definitely was unable to use it. I paid money for two completely defective items. The kind worker had to call the manager who did not offer a solution other than to contact the toy company for them to replace it, that is even if they do replace it. So as a customer, I have to do more work in order to make sure I get a product that is functional when they should be selling functional items to begin with. Save yourself the stress and order stuff online or go to a store with more understanding management. Let me start off by saying that Jackson is easily the most knowledgeable and customer forward employee I've been with at this location. I'll be coming back for him! I was there yesterday and really had fun with him. He made me feel comfortable and safe, gave me my space when I needed it, and it felt like the whole experience was all about me. He helped me stay in my budget, get all the gear I needed and sent me home feeling good about my choices!
This location is in a good area, but the parking is the biggest issue. Small parking lot. The store is huge and really fun to bring your friends into to explore. Most of the employees I've spoken to were all kind and knowledgeable, helping me get whatever I needed.
The reason I gave this place a three star review is because the last two times I was there, I was being followed around by a blonde girl with tattoos almost constantly and she wouldn't stop trying to ask me if I was doing okay. I don't want someone chasing me while I'm shopping for intimate products... It made me feel really uncomfortable, and I didn't appreciate having someone breathing down my neck the whole time I was shopping especially for this kind of stuff.
