I stayed here for 18 days for work by myself. The staff was awesome. My room was clean. The pool is small. The laundry room was clean and available. Use the second floor dryer. It’s $1.50 and the rest of them on the third floor are $2.00. The fridge in the room was smaller than I expected (dorm fridge size). There’s a microwave too. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. They had a waffle maker, eggs and sausage every morning along with yogurt, cereal, and juice. Sometimes they had bananas and other days they didn’t. The coffee was excellent and there was also a lot of tea options. While this hotel was close to what I needed, Craig Rd is real hit or miss. If you are looking for a family-friendly hotel with lots to do, I don’t recommend staying here. Personally, I wouldn’t walk around the area alone, especially at night. There is a nice walking trail along the washbed that seemed safe every morning. There are a ton of restaurants and shopping on Craig Rd, so it’s a good spot if you aren’t looking for entertainment at the hotel.

This is not the best part of town, but if you're just passing through Vegas for the night, it's probably a good place to stay. Try to park close to either the front or back door (near the pool). My friend got his window smashed in while parked in the back corner of the lot our first night there. When he went to the front desk to ask for a vacuum so he could clean the glass out of his vehicle, they told him he shouldn't have parked way back there. I've stayed in far worse places. My room was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. Definitely an upgrade from the Best Western Plus I stayed at the last time I was in town. Overall, it's a fine place to stay. Free breakfast is very basic but is better than nothing. They also have a pool and a small gym. Plenty of chain restaurants just down the street.

A little bit far north of Las Vegas, it was probably cheaper and we had to drive more to beat the price. Not quite recommended but it was okay if by the way of the trip direction. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants, had a few very good choices. Expected to watch some sunset or sunrise on floor 4 while both east and west view was blocked. --- 2021.06.08. corrected previous review: Really like Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo at SpringHill brand hotels. --- This is a series of reviews as staying over a dozen of Marriott brand hotels (including Courtyard, Element, Springhill, Towneplace, and Residence) in a spring trip driving from Portland to Eugene, California, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Property is right off I-15 and about a 20 minute drive from LAS airport. I know this is a pet peeve of mine and I will get it out of the way. It takes 3 seconds to say... 'Thank you for being a Titanium member'. It is pathetic that Marriott does not bother to train their staff in this most basic customer friendly task.| Room was OK, although on the small side for calling something a 'suite'. Separate Toilet/Sink, compared to the Shower/Sink which is a nice feature. Microwave and fridge in each room. AC unit was a hassle. Even if I put it on a constant Fan mode, every time the AC starts up, it makes a loud noise and with considerable vibration and rattling. Poor quality sleep for the 5 nights I spent here.| Breakfast was a decent spread with plenty of variety. High marks for breakfast. Fresh fruit as well available each day.| Day 2 I go to the Fitness Center. I notice there are no towels (see picture). I go up to the front desk (about 7:00 am) and mention to the gentleman that there are no towels in the fitness room. To my astonishment, he tells me "they dont provide towels in the fitness room" but he will be happy to give me some towels and hands me 2 huge Bath towels. I ask him if he has hand towels and he repeats the statement that the hotel does not provide towels in the fitness room. Picture I have included shows used hand towels in the basket!!! 2 days later, I see a nice fresh stack of hand towels in the fitness room (see picture). It is unbelievable that Springhill Suites cant even bother to train their front desk staff on what is common practice at the hotel. We need to aim higher than a pulse and body temperature for...

We arrived Saturday the 11th of February after calling and expressing we needed two-night stay. Our room was comfortable and clean for the most part but we did see a shoe print on the floor of the bathroom from a prayer guest. As we were out with family we received a phone call from the hotel asking if we forgot our belongings. We explained that we asked for two nights and we would be in promptly to take care of the charges for the second night. We left our family at the restaurant and drove back to the hotel to make sure everything was handled in person. Between the phone call and arriving at the hotel, the hotel ran our credit card four more times for different amounts totaling over $1,500 in charges to the point it was declined as it was maxed out. All without our knowledge or approval we ended up paying with our debit card for the second night. They tied up our vacation/gas/amenities so that we had to pack up and venture home early. After hours of being on the phone between the bank and hotel we had planned on one more night in town and we could not stay due to the adverse driving conditions they did apologize for not being able to reverse charge it an offered us a bottle of water for the ride home. Being in the hospitality business for several years, offering a comp room and maybe even vouchers for dinner would have been more sufficient and appreciated we do not recommend this hotel for various reasons 1,920.05 is still tied up at this point...

Stayed here during a recent trip that necessitated I stay in Las Vegas for one night. There was 5 of us and we stayed in their Queen Suite - it was perfect. Two queen size beds plus a pull-out couch that served as a double size bed.

Place was very new and clean, and the service at the front desk was most friendly.

The price was also great - we considered staying in one of the hotels on the strip, but later decided that we didn't have sufficient time to enjoy the full experience so we decided to save our money and stay 15 minutes away from the airport.

Complimentary breakfast was also provided. A simple buffet style breakfast - nothing fancy, but more than adequate for our needs.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our experience.

One note - it was a bit difficult to navigate to. For some odd reason, Google Maps directed us to go all the way around to the back street, which did not connect to the hotel parking lot. We used the link they provided in the email confirmation, so that may have been the source of the problem (as opposed to a problem in Google Maps). Also - the signage from the main street was not very big or bright to find in the dark. In the end, the place is directly next to the Hampton Inn, so following directions and signage to the Hampton Inn will get you close enough to the SpringHill Suites (their parking lots...
