Starbucks — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

The coffee is great the barristas are eager to please the line can get a little bit do do so many people buying their coffee at this particular Starbucks they'll buy it using Uber and I don't know it's the card I don't know what all but it's very popular and you when you think you ordered and your drink will be ready in ten or fifteen people could show up in front of you having already ordered either online or through one of the delivery service companies but it's still really quick it's not like it's a long wait however the amount of chairs and tables is very limited and so expect to stand if it's crowded and the atmosphere is very nice to people are really wonderful like they would be at a coffee shop it's just that there's not a lot of acreage so you'll have to find some place to plant and usually that's in your car on your way to the next place. the to go window is efficient and is adequate alternative to going inside the parking lot is not that big but it seems that people who drink a lot of coffee are able to navigate just about anything to get that coffee so don't you worry your head a little bit about that anyway get on down to the Starbucks at the corner of losee and Craig excellent job they banged out of blond Nitro for me just last time I was there that's a blonde shot the bond is the highest caffeine cuz it's the lowest roast it's also really smooth and sweet and then they put that in the Nitro which is that use some kind of carbon dioxide to push the coffee is like a super press and it's really delicious and then I asked for a large cup because I don't like the coffee to be better and then they go ahead and put in 2/3 of a cup of half-and-half cuz I like it white and I like it cool I want to be able to drink that puppy right away and I wanted to have the desired effect of kicking my head into full gear all the way in the fourth hammy one slot shot! By far my FAVORITE location in the LV valley!! (&My sister's too😁) Once I found out there was a 24hr location after moving here in 2019, oh it was on!! I frequent this place at all different times of the day/ night since my hours vary when I work... My drinks are always on point and if something isn't right, the upbeat and very friendly staff will not hesitate to correct it. These guys and gals are some of the most friendly baristas I've met, and very personable too. Thank you guys for being the real MVPs🤗🤗

Only downside is that the drive-thru line can be long sometimes, but that isn't the fault of the staff- It's other folks like me who won't budge because we need our fix at 11pm.🤷🏾‍♀️Lol. So, I'LL WAIT!😬

My Go To's are all MODIFIED and I like strong expresso as well as earthy tea flavors, so keep that in mind when ordering... For the sweet tooth, an extra pump or 2 will be more than enough on these:

1)Iced Long Shot Expresso (Doppio or Triple 3 🥴) Pistachio(New Fave) Coconut milk Topped or Stirred with Cinnamon/ Brown Butter Sugar Whipped Cream

2)Jade Citrus Tea 1-2 Honey Pkts 2-3 Pumps Peppermint Steamed Lemonade (½water or no water) (Very similar to Medicine ball without Peach flavor)

3)Peach Green Tea w/Lemonade Sub Liquid Cane with Peppermint Syrup** occasionally Matcha powder👌🏾Cool and refreshing

4)Long Shot Expresso ( Hot or Iced) Chestnut Praline Syrup & Topping (SEASONAL-FALL/WINTER) Coconut or Almond Milk(Milk of choice) Whip & Chestnut Topping

5)Iced Long Shot Expresso (Hot /Iced) Pumpkin Spice Sauce & Topping (SEASONAL-FALL) Coconut Milk(Milk of choice) Whip

6. Steamed Almond or Oat Milk (Milk of choice) Matcha powder 2-3 scoops 2-5 of Classic or Vanilla Syrup Extra Caramel drizzle.

7. Vanilla Bean Frap Oatmilk (Milk of choice), but oatmilk makes it velvety smooth😋 Matcha powder Caramel drizzle

I placed a mobile order through the app after 8 PM, and it told me to head inside the store. There was no warning in the app that the lobby was closed, so I followed instructions only to find the doors locked. I waited at the entrance window where a worker inside signaled for me to go through the drive-through. Problem is, I didn’t have a car.

I tried to tell them that I needed help canceling my order, but instead of helping, the worker ignored me. I ended up calling the store, and the same worker that told me to go through the drive through was the supervisor, Shar (or Char), answered the phone. She kept telling me to go through the drive-through or call customer service. I explained that I didn’t have a car and wasn’t going to walk through the drive-through, but she kept talking over me and completely dismissed what I was saying.

When I told her that she wasn’t going to talk over or interrupt me trying to cancel my order, she responded with attitude and annoyed facial expressions through the window. I was extremely frustrated, and yes, I told her off because I felt completely disrespected. She made it clear she didn’t care and acted like she was untouchable.

This could have all been avoided if the app simply told me the lobby was closed at 8 PM, or if Shar/Char had shown even a little bit of understanding or professionalism. Instead, I was treated like a problem because of a failure on their end.

If you’re going to use the app after 8 PM, be aware that the lobby is closed, and if you don’t have a car, good luck getting help. This was a bad experience made worse by a supervisor who should never treat...
