So their online ordering was busted, they werent recieving orders, when i arrived they didnt have the order then he asked to look at my app. Which doesnt give details, like if a drink is large or not or if a taco was hard or soft. Drive thru takes a picture of my screen and decides my drinks are small and has me pull to the front to wait. I realise the drinks are the wrong size and walk-in to find out he is guessing what my order is and picking his own sizes for things. After i get the drinks sorted he asks to look at my app again, at this point i had been there for 15 minutes 10 of which have been inside (this was a drive thru pick up) and they finally start making the order. 12 more minutes later he says my food is ready and tries to send me away without my 3 fish tacos, which are the main reason we ordered from here, it being good friday and the whole no meat thing. If there are issues they need to let people know, he shouldve let me know that he needed to talk to and get approved through his manager. They were content with letting me sit there whithout an update. Finally 35 minutes after arriving (55 after ordering) i recieved my order and just as they handed it to me the order popped up on thier system. Read moreToday my sister and I visited Del taco to see if we can get a chili cheese fries accommodated to a vegan style plain fries and beans with tomatoes onions and jalapeños the total came out to be more than just a normal chili cheese fries. we simply ask is there a way to substitute the chili and the cheese for just beans and we were told no. my sister and I move forward in ordered a large fry and a bean burrito with no cheese. The young lady who took our order sounded like she had an attitude and in the middle of us placing a different order another young lady took over our order with an attitude, moving forward when we got home there was a piece a hair in my food I called to make a complaint to manager name Evea and she over talk to me so she didn’t even hear me say that there was hair in my food, she was so quick to just tell me that she can give me more food or my money back when that was beyond the case! You can’t mess with peoples food , I will be contacting corporate and when I told the manager this it was as if she was the one with an attitude because she was starting to plead with me as I told her I was going to call corporate. Read moreEverything was great about our visit (great food, fast service, clean, etc) but the thing that stood out most was the service, specifically that of Tasha! She needs a raise or a promotion or something! She is amazing at customer service. Anyways, I had placed a pick up over on our road trip and accidentally placed it for the location we were at previously in CA instead of the Las Vegas location. She was so gracious and helped me figure out to get a refund for the order I placed for the wrong location and was so kind and understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all for my blunder. Then, she got our new order in, finding any discounts/coupons she could for us. She saw that we had our 5 hungry kids with us, and gave us parts of our order as it was ready, so the kids would have something to eat while they got the rest of our order ready. I am so grateful and have this location saved so next time we are passing through Vegas we remember to stop here. I definitely recommend...
