So, i came into the store today because i broke my glass for my free max tank. The young lady with the blue tips helped me. She helped me last time I was there a little over a week ago. She even offed me a glass then l, i declined. So it made for a great icebreaker for my visit today. Anyway, she tries to sell me this really cool glass that was almost statter proof because they were completely out of the normal ones. Cool! So she is working and working, doing her best to get the tank to fit properly. She changed my oring, which was rally cool, because my old one was busted. The tank still didnt fit. She got me all fixed up finally with a different one that even matched my tank! Awesome! I pay for the item and before i left, i go ahead and put the tank one to make sure we were all clear. Welp, the mod was not registering my coil. So i let her know and she offered to give me a new coil after futzing with it a little more. Cool, but no you dont have to do that, the coil is still good. So i asked for a regular glass, she reminded me they were out, and checked again to make sure. So i told my friend "man this is why i smoke cigarettes" i in no way shape or form meant that in any way, it was suppose to be funny? Idk but after that, she started acting really cold. She said that i could switch the tank out or refund it completely. Really short with me now. I agreed to the refund, and she says "well if i do that i have to take the juice back. Im thinking the juice i bought with the transaction, i knew the juice in the glass was toast. She goes "no the juice in the glass we will have to dispose of" i knew that i told her it was fine, and that it wasnt a big deal. So she just kinda stormed off with it, to get it off i guess. I honestly wanted a new tank anyway, but if i could avoid spending the $40, who wouldnt just get the glass? So im chatting with my friend about the tanks and honestly just wanting to use the $15 i spent toward a new tank 🤷🏾‍♂️. She says, "im ready to refu d you now if you would please bring your card over or use it toward something else. I told her i would just get a new tank. So shes not even helping me with the tanks, its like she got upset that i didnt want the glass that didnt fit, and that i chose to not buy it. So i chose my tank she asked me what color, i said purple. She got the tank off the wall rung it up and said " nice, you get a new glass so if it happens again you got one." And sat my receipt on my previous receipt. I asked if it was okay to put my tank together before i left, she said "yeah thats fine." And stormed off to the back and SLAMMED the door. I ignored it because im just thinking "okay...i returned the glass and bought a tank...what went wrong?" My last dealings with her were super swell! This time idk if she was just having a bad day or what. The interaction started off great. But it ended poor. She literally left me there. Didnt give me any tips on the new tank or nothing. Which is fine, google is a treasure that i hold dear. I will be back because i like this store. I will not work with her again unless she addresses this interaction. Because i really just dont know where it went south. Was it the cigarette comment? Like...dang man. If the glass dont fit, you must acquit!...

I am not a vaper, but our daughter is, so we often visit vaping shops to purchase her supplies for her vape. Like most folks who vape, she's particular about the flavors she puts in her unit to inhale. Vapor World has a wide variety of flavor types, from candy, to fruits, to bitters or liqueurs, they seem to have it all! They also carry a large supply of the parts needed to keep your vape working in the best condition- coils, mods, chargers, more items than I can remember! In the shop in the Vali-Hi Shopping Center on JFK Blvd, (which is a strip mall across JFK from Hobby Lobby) they feature some relaxing spaces, a pool table, a grouping of sectional couches facing a television on the wall. Although I don't vape, I do live in chronic, horrible, numbing pain 24/7/365. I have been doing a lot of reading on the findings associated with the use of CBD oil for the control of chronic pain & depression. I have used CBD Lotion, on my arthritic joints, and it did allow me to experience some relief from the pain. Vapor World does carry a fairly wide selection of CBD oil products. This includes CBD oil which can be used in a vape and inhaled along with your favorite juice. They carry CBD lotion, ointment, tinctures, drops, gummies, even FOOT cream-- which I must admit, feels really good on my always aching, neuropathic feet! Their CBD products are a little expensive, higher than at some stores. But their selection and the varying levels of the amount of CBD per bottle are really great, clearly marked, and the best I've seen! Also, the young clerk who waited on us is a 5☆ employee! He had a big friendly smile and greeted us warmly from the time we opened the door to the time we left with our purchases. Very personable, listened to my questions, answered what he could, gave me information to read from the manufacturer's of the CBD oil. One last thing, when you come to Vapor World, leave your checkbook at home, but not your American Express Card- or whatever plastic you carry- 'cause they don't take checks, but they do take plastic! Overall impression, this is a really nice place to pick up vape supplies or CBD products for pain. It's clean- the counter, the floor, the stock, no dust, no dirty glass, no smoky walls. The store is well organized, prices seem to be mostly well marked for the stock. Bottom line: we'll be back for more supplies for her vape and CBD...

I decided to quit smoking and this vape shop is the closest to my home. My experience is very pleasant however there was a situation that ruined my experience. I was helped as soon as I walked in, was given great advise when I chose my starter kit. I tested out some juice for my vaping kit and I inquired about the on sale liquid -50% off. I checked out and was being assisted with putting everything together then inquired about the on sale bottle of liquid I had just purchased because I was given a mostly empty TESTER bottle of liquid. I asked for a new bottle that was not previously opened and used by other and she told me that is why these are 50% off. I left that opened bottle there because of the refusal of my refund. I would have liked an unopened full bottle of juice and not one that was Mostly empty and tested by a large number of people. Aside from me not getting my money back for the tester bottle of juice I purchased that was under half full, everyone was friendly and helpful. I am on the road to quitting smoking. I left the bottle there so if anyone wants it- it is paid for haha Go get it. I give three stars for my pleasant experience and I took two stars off. One star was for not being informed about her selling me a tester bottle and one star for her not giving me a refund right then and there for me being unsatisfied and unhappy about...
