7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in North Little Rock

I was here yesterday and the person that took my order was pretty rude to me. I was a barista for 6 years so I understand what it’s like, but I was nothing but polite for the entire interaction and was met with attitude. Every question I asked about the menu, was met with an eye roll or condescension. I felt like I was being treated like an idiot for not having been there before. I asked for a sugar free pumpkin and brown sugar cinnamon latte, and the person taking my order said “So you want a pumpkin roll.” I said sure, if that’s what’s in it. Apparently a pumpkin roll also has white chocolate on it, which I didn’t want and is not what I asked for, and didn’t know until I had left and taken a sip of it. When she repeated my order back to me she didn’t say sugar free, so I clarified I would like it sugar free please, and got an eye roll. The person that brought me my coffee was much nicer, but said something about the latte being extra sweet, so I asked her “it’s sugar free, right?” To be sure and she said yes. Spoiler alert, it wasn’t sugar free, my blood sugar skyrocketed afterwards and I narrowly avoided a trip to the ER. I ordered the same thing at a different location this morning and it tasted completely different and much more like what I actually asked for. It’s not difficult to be nice to customers, and I don’t appreciate baristas that don’t take sugar free and/or decaf requests seriously. You never know what health problems someone may have or why they are ordering something that way. It’s not something you should ever mess around with! Could someone clarify on the chillers that they actually have espresso? every time i order one, it seems that it is pre-made from a machine and they add drizzle. They all taste exactly the same. I bought 2 the other day just to test my theory out and i got a macchiato and then the snickerdoodle. pretty diff orders, however, tasted the exact same. Only difference was the caramel drizzle on one. I even order extra expresso and I still cannot taste expresso nor does it give me pick me up like if i had ordered an extra shot from the Darkside coffee shop. I usually have to ask them for 1 shot instead of 2,in their small drinks. Atmosphere and fast service is nice but not worth the increase in prices and now it takes more drinks to earn reward- all w no attn to individual orders or expresso. Great hussle, that...

Was asked for phone number before order without telling what it was for (assumed for sending receipt), she clicked quickly on something after payment and while reading a dense page of text before continuing, seeing that we were signing up for rewards and promotions and trying to unclick she twice tried to hurry us to hit okay. When we said we didn't want to sign up for anything she said "your phone number is already in there" and walked away. This was 8:20pm on 5/26 and she was wearing a pink shirt.
